Very clean. Provided toiletries , a coffee machine , hairdryer and bottled water . Was clean and tidy and comfortable . Staff were friendly , attentive and informative .

Nicely refurbished rooms.

Room was dusty. Booked friends in in case they didn't want to stay in the marina. My friends decided not to stay any longer than one night and opted for the boat! I would be more motivated to make more bookings if berth holders had a special rate..I asked about it. . Bit disappointed about that.

Breakfast was not included in the price but was readily available at reasonable price on site and was very good choice and quality. Good size bed. Quiet and attractive location.

It was a lovely room with good coffee machine and very comfy bed

We wanted to make a cup of tea in the morning and it didn’t have a kettle…perhaps the fancy coffee machine did hot water but we couldn’t see how

The beds were very comfortable and the location was great.

The staff was unfriendly. When we arrived, we were told the room wasn't ready, but the hotel told us it wasn't possible to leave the luggage at the hotel while guests waited for their room. There was no TV (just a screen with some apps and Netflix that you could use via your own laptop and account) and no telephone in the room.

We booked dinner in the restaurant. The service was very good, I asked if I couldn't have a starter for my main as I can't eat very much due to an operation. And they were very willing to do so they even brought it up with my husbands main.

The room was fantastic, super comfortable and clean. Bottled water, coffee machine, bathrobes, beautiful toiletries, huge bathroom, huge bed and great pillows - - all brilliant. Very new and wonderful location.

Staff were maybe trying their best but came across as a bit odd. We were later told that they were short-staffed so we had to wait for our room, which was not the problem at all. It was that we were left to sit and wait like numpties for ages without any useful info or update as staff milled about and avoided talking to us. A plea to staff: Can I suggest that rather than avoiding customers when there's a problem, please just give us a quick update, even if you have to make something up... Maybe offer a complimentary soft drink or something, rather than expect us to ask you for updates and have to get your attention while you avoid eye contact and seem annoyed when we ask what's happening. We waited cluelessly for about 45mins. We're not ogres; we're actually all right and absolutely don't mind waiting, especially if you're short-staffed. But being overtly ignored because you're terrified to talk to us and being asked to wait and pay for drinks when we arrived after your stated check-in time is a bit weird.

Coffee machine requires attention would not dispence hot water for morning brew and could not get tv channels on for some reason .we did report the issue but staff extreamely busy .the food and dining experiance was good over looking the Marina a very attractive place to stay

Amazing food

We were the first guests at this new property. What a lovely place. The rooms are beautiful, very tastefully decorated. Great super king beds with super bedding. State of the art coffee maker with a wide selection of coffees. Radio, large TV and an all important fan as it was a very hot night! Great shower and gorgeous toiletries. The location is perfect if you are boating which we were the next day but also good if you want to be near the attractions, museums etc. Has its own restaurant opposite called The Creek. Great service and food in a superb setting. Al, the staff were so nice and helpful. We will be back.
