House was nice! As pictured! Great place for a family!

This is a nice older house that has been updated with new appliances and for the most part newer furnishings. It has a pleasant charm to it, and we enjoyed it as a family. The property manager was very responsive to a request from us and we very much appreciated that. As other reviews have stated, the A/C upstairs didn't cool it down much and we stayed during a 104 degree heat wave. There was however a fan provided in the bedroom closet that we placed on the main floor and angled it upstairs to move the cool air up. Very small inconvenience and it worked to cool things down upstairs so we were comfortable. Being that this is and older home, to be honest these type of things can be expected and it wasn't a big deal. The single biggest complaint is that the cleaning people didn't do their job. The floors were extremely dirty. A couple of our kids were in bare feet and the bottoms of their feet were black after just a few minutes. The management company should have a word with the cleaners and make them do a much better job. The rest of the house was ok, beds were nice, lots of towels and supplies, we didn't want for anything. A previous review stated he thought the house was haunted, that is total BS as we enjoyed everything about this house except for the dirty floors. Don't hesitate to book this property, you will enjoy it also and I am sure after this review, the floors will get mopped!

It was to hot upstairs to sleep You should not rent it out in the summer until you fix the AC upstairs Fix the AC and you would have a great place to stay. The property manger said the AC has been broken for awhile. Your on line listing should have stated your issue with the AC

The house was very clean and well stocked ! The only thing we didn’t like was there is kind of only parking for one car. We had to park our second car on the side of the house next to the street in the gravel which wasn’t really a spot? But other then that it was very nice!

This property was lovely! Lots of charm! Owner was very helpful and always available! We definitely would book again!

The house was fine. Not the cleanest and the location was lousy on a busy street with kids. Pretty sure the house is haunted as well. If you’re in to that sort of thing, book here! The price is right but they locked us out of the backyard which was lame.

Great location, lots of room inside house to move.

We stayed for about 10 days with a group of 8 - 2 adults, 2 pre-teens, 3 small kiddos, and a 2month old lol. There was plenty of space for all of us, a huge dining table that could have fit more than just our group, and a nice kitchen space as well. The kids enjoyed the backyard, and us parebts enjoyed the covered front porch lol. Also very convenient location close to grocery stores, close to downtown and near pretty much anything you might need during your stay.
