Nice decorations and ambience.

The garden view was not as shown in the pictures, so we requested an upgrade with a view. Unfortunately the view here wasn’t as advertised.

There was a small free bottle of water in the room.

1. The room was dirty. We walked right after check in to be receive by a dead roach in the bathroom. And on the second night there was a live one also expecting to greet us 2. There was no water. We had to be moved to 4 different rooms to find onw that had water coming out the shower but onky after comolaining 3 times to the owner and he recommending i wash myself in the pool (not joking) 3. Towels were dirty. It felt like after drying up after that shower, i ended up dirtier than before the shower. Not sure how or if they wash the towels, but they smelled terrible 4. The safe box didnt have a lock. It was there as a decoration. Nmwe had to move with all our valuables 5. There is no air in the room, no wifi and no signal. 6. Parking is also a pain. There are 6 car spaces for what looked like 20 rooms. There was never a place to park 7. The staff and owner have a terrible attitude, mediocre, and always annoyed.

Booking.com's advertised policy is that you can change or cancel reservations within the time limits they stipulate. It failed to honour it's policy. This booking was made in February for 3 nights starting March 17. A few days later I requested that the first night be cancelled, and it changed to 2 nights starting March 18. I was unable to change it online, so phoned and spoke with Yosra, who was very helpful and said it was no problem to make the change, as this was more than 3 weeks before the arrival date. Yosra then emailed me that he could not he could not contact the hotel, so Booking.com could not in fact change the booking. Bookin.com did not refund me for the cancellation, as their policy promises to do. BEWARE. The hotel itself was lovely. Very charming and well kept garden and pool area.

They advertise a steam room both online and at the property but on arrival we were told it is not in use because of the covid situation. This is specifically why I went to stay there. Luckily I could upgrade to a room with a private steam room.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff as well. The pool looked amazing (although we did not enter), and the massage was also excellent.

there were a lot of problems with the heating of the water for the shower, as well as the clean was not very clean...

Pretty much nothing was worthy of mentioning.

First of all but not the worst thing is that they treat you like in a government office if you bring your pet, and they emphasize that your pet must not touch any of the furniture and must stay at all times either in its bed that you must bring or have it on a leash. Then the second thing is that the wifi is horrible, im not even going to talk about watching Netflix when even whatsapp doesn’t work through their network, and the celular network is really weak too. Then the room, the bed is not comfortable, the bathroom has no hot water and it also does not have a door knob, the hotel is next to a fairly transited street so from 7 am all you hear are the cars passing by. After one night we moved to another hotel.

Stuff, nature and its vibe

The water was cold, so we couldn't shower... we also had two samll dogs. The price was 500 pesos per dog, but we agreed on paying for only one. But still it is a lot.
