From the online pictures I was expecting a nicer property. The deck was old, paint was chipping a bit and it overlooks a huge green warehouse. Not ideal. Plus there were overgrown weeds and trees coming onto the porch. The second bedroom bedframe came apart. Not good. And the front screen door is not attached so it slams every time you leave.

Clean, inviting & comfortable!

This townhouse is really conveniently located to lots of things. I used it for the Scholastic Regatta Race that takes place at Lee's campground/Fish Creek. It was a 2 minute walk, fantastic!! Saratoga Springs is a beautiful area and this is a great location to call home for a few days.

I have used many rental services and this by far was the easiest host to work with! Kristin was fantastic! The description and photos of the property were spot on and we were so happy with the actual location! Any question I had, I received an immediate and friendly response. The home itself was gorgeous and perfect size for 6 adults, even when we were stuck inside on one rainy day! Kristin had games, a spacious living area/modern kitchen and a nice little coffee/wine nook that certainly helped us to ride out the rainstorm. The bedrooms were comfortable and a good size. Having 2 spacious full sized baths made getting ready a lot easier for 4 females. Morning coffee on both of the decks and sunroom was a great way to start the day! When the weather cooperated we were grateful to have a clean brand new grill and comfortable patio furniture to use. We took full advantage of our location and enjoyed time at the track and on the water. The only negative was the property is hard to see from the road, so we passed it when we first arrived but I was forewarned that may happen. I would be thrilled to rent this little gem again!
