Location & comfortable for stay , nice interior design.

First ,Too small space for the entrance to the car porch, coz the door remote that provide by owner can just only open single side gate. It’s terrible experience if you have a big size vehicle, mine only medium car size , but still worry the gate will make car body scratch when parking. Second, if you have senior citizen stay in, better choose ground floor to stay.

Overall, the stay was good and comfy. the air-condition well-functioning. There are two rooms in the house and have 2 queen beds in each room.

I think the neighbor has a cat. Although the host have put the anti-cat mat to prevent it, and my car was park inside. The second day, i still found the cat's footprint on my car. and the water flow stuck off during the morning when we leave, luckily, we have settled down and leave soon.

Good location. Walking distance to mall

Parking space extremely narrow and cramped for a medium sized SUV. The first night there was another guest book the other side (the house was sub-divided into 2 units) and he too had a medium sized SUV. Both of us had to park outside of the gate in order to have some ease of getting in and out of the car. No satellite TV. It was a stand alone TV. Saving grace was that it was a smart TV. But.... There's also no wifi. So we had to tether our own Hotspot in order to render the TV useful. If you don't have a big data plan, then sorry the TV cannot be used 😅

Spacious and has private carpark.
