Very friendly and helpful staff. Allowed me to park my motorcycle right at the entrance so it was safe.

The location and staff were great. The room and hotel were clean. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the downtown area.
Cons: The bed frames were not well made/sturdy. The room did not have a hair dryer.

Nice enough people .no coffee machine in the room which is weird .not a lot of options for dining in the facility breakfast was fruit and coffee. Bed was like an IKEA bed.

Didnt like all of the noise. Was told that the noise was the maids cleaning the rooms, but between noisy neighbors and the maids, that had to be the noisiest place ive ever stayed.

Awesome stay, loved it, the through the wall units were possibly oversized ….the fact that the units kicked on and off often, and the AC had a hard time breaking the humidity, because it did not run run long enough.

A construction guy urinated outside my window and look in my window afterwards. Worst experience ever. Staff was understanding but feel these men shouldn’t have been outside out back of building. These men also called prostitutes to come in back door with the key

When there were people in room above us it was so noisy it sounded like a construction site above us. Something is seriously wrong with noise prevention between floors. luckily the room above us was empty most of stay. Will never stay there again.

Clean and comfortable, unfortunately walls very thin heard neighbors TV ALL night long. Not much sleep

Room operations. Lighting was wired wrong. Switches did not operate light. Clock was wired to lights. Shower water would not get hot. Lukewarm at max. Dead bolt would not engage into strike plate. Bed squeaks. Only horizontal blinds on window. No black out. Cigarette butts in grass and flower beds. Call to front desk but no answer.
This place is only 8 months old. Surprised these items were never reported or corrected.

Property was clean, which was a plus! Absolutely no frills for the price though...including no ice machine anywhere and no blow dryer in room. Also, while there was a kitchenette, there were no kitchen items to use unless you "rented" from the front desk.

Super basic accommodations- but very clean and tidy. Towels in the bathroom are child size, that’s probably the one area they could make a nice improvement on. The staff is a bit less professional. Checking out, you can hear them talking in the back room. This morning I was greeted with multiple expletives from conversations with staff members. Otherwise, great and enjoyable stay!

Wonderful staff. Very clean hotel. Great location-easy walking distance to restaurants. Just very basic. Paper thin towels, very uncomfortable bed. Would be so much better with minor improvements.

No coffee in room . Just very small cups in lobby. Then open a very heavy door with cups of coffee in your hand first thing in the morning. This is just not right.
