Manager was very nice to us, he seen us waiting in our car for the time of check-in and made us check in a little early with no charge. Appreciate great service had no issues, will definitely stay here again.

Really nice room, but they need to do a way better job cleaning. I found pubic hair in obvious places so it was pure laziness. The parking lot is also very sketchy. I would'nt stay here again

Staff was not very friendly, no phones in room to call front for service, we also noticed a few roaches and you can hear everyone upstairs walking around all Morning, the jacuzzi was nice, defiantly would go elsewhere but we wanted a Jacuzzi.

Overall good hotel could use better cleaning though.

The first room that me and my 2 children got to had pee Stains all over the bed. And the bathroom towels were not cleaned at all.The next room that they switched us to hadstains. Then I went to go turn on the AC then i saw a Big cockroach that came out of the AC unit. It was good A good 3 inches. We decided to leave that same night. They only refunded Half the money and It made it A inconvenience for me and my children because it left us stranded that night and we had to sleep in my car. Also, the area of the hotel was really unsafe and made me feel really uncomfortable, Due to the lack of Cleanliness.

This was just a getaway for us. The Jacuzzi was the draw and did not disappoint.

Worker's were good. The only bad thing was having to wake them up. I don't like inconveniencing anyone.

Room was ok. Nice to have a good size mini fridge and microwave. Would be good to have a closet or someplace to hang up clothes.

It was fine, good value for money.

Staff was okay, not nice nor mean. Just okay. As for the rooms it’s a fair price but can use some additional work in the showers as the grout is moldy. Water pressure is okay along with the hot water. The divider separating the vinyl flooring from tile was failing off and had tacos sticking up from the flooring.

The bed sheets had stains on them.

Cheap and convenient. I did see a roach come out from under my bed though.

Beds sheets made me itchy. My room was missing a towel. Room has table to eat. The air conditioner makes too much noise and could probably use a change in filter

We stayed at the romantic suite and it was awesome, indoor jacuzzi was clean, we stayed in there for hours. Banging came from unknown area but tv zoned it out.

Place is overall semi clean, dont be fooled by the lights and colorful walls. Place could use a little work especiallh bathrooms with green moldy walls and stains towels. Overall was very mid. Come if you need to but find another place if you have time to find another place.

They gave us a sheet and The thinnest pillow i've ever used. When I asked for extra, they told me that they do not provide any. It was freezing all night, We didn't want to turn on The heater because it looked so disgustingly dirty, We were worried it would give us a Respiratory infection. The lady at the front desk was rude, and treated me like I was a problem. It's not worth the savings for another hotel

Very Clean, modern, and nice but desk worker is a bit rude. Toilet seat was broken overall 4 stars.

Not happy no blankets, courtain shower dirty, bath towels not very clean.

The owners are very nice and kind. They said the beds were brand new, but ours was super hard and very uncomfortable. It took about 8 to 10 minutes to get hot water to the shower. The floors could’ve been cleaner, but not visibly dirty. I really liked the LED lights around the top of the room, that is what drew us to the hotel. The pictures are deceiving, they’ve done their best to remodel the rooms, but a lot of the trim is the original and has water damage. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, they happen to be two cop cars leaving the parking lot when we got there. They did not have the ice machine working, they said it only is on during the summer. There was no table in the room, but there were two chairs. We heard several gunshots each night, which made us a bit uneasy. Again, the staff was extremely friendly. But I would not recommend staying there.

My room wasn’t so clean, bathroom wasn’t a bit gross and the set up of the room was awful looking.

The room was actually super cute with fun lights and was open and spacious.

Free WiFi was advertised, but not provided. There was no real blanket on the bed; just a very thin bedspread and top sheet. There was a refrigerator and microwave, but no table or even desk to sit down and eat at. On the plus side, the room was attractively decorated, in good condition and somewhere clean.

You get what you pay for. Dirty linen and hard bed.

Only true complaint is the cleaning. The towels and sheets weren’t clean. They need shower repairs, it’s the only thing outdated in the room. Thankfully I come to hotels prepared and bring my own sheets and towels.
