Location is good. The room booked is very comfortable and spacious. Value for money. For family or people travelling in group it is very good and not crowded if this type of room is booked. Facility (air-cond), water heater etc are working perfectly.

As the room is located downstairs, it would have been better if there are grills at the windows of the bedrooms. A thicker curtain would be much appreciated.

The hotel still new so everything was excellent. The room was clean, bright n comfortable. Bathroom clean n nice. The bed, bedsheets, pillows n blanket comfortable n soft. Towels good. Not recommended for long stay. Maybe for a nite or two.

Parking limited n not owned by hotel. Noisy at nite cause a restaurant infront of hotel had karaoke set. Not sure weather they had a permit for entertainment. Hot water, coffee n iron outside of room along corridor. No mini fridge in room.

The hotel was new, only open for a month, so everything was new and clean. There's a guard, (the receptionist told me that he took care of the parking lot), the room was spacious enough and worth the money. Its near the mall and there are a lot of shopping and eating areas so it's easier to get food and shop.

The hot water and ironing board is provided, but it needs to be shared in the common area. For lazy and introverted people like me, I find it quite troubling because i have to make coffee and iron my clothes in public. The noise might be loud outside since there's a karaoke restaurant, and I heard someone complain even though I didn't hear anything at all.
