I didn't stay within 10 minutes I walked to the front and demanded a refund the owner said he pay the$48 for the one day and that hotel.com or Expedia would cover the other part of the $85... I emailed you guys right then and there and you haven't refunded me my money, not even a response.... Is not letting add photos but no worries I already sent an email just look.

The room smalls like the urine of fifty streetwalkers and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work. I was reminded of the checkout time six times on the morning I couldn’t wait to get out of this crack hotel.

This place was interesting to say the least. They have a parking lot and are located on a busy street. They tell you that you cannot have visitors of any kind… no food delivery, nothing! This place also operates as a residential property. So, you hear everything! They have shared bathrooms, very clean and well stocked. Cameras everywhere, the staff are constantly watching you… creepy. You have to ring the doorbell to get in after 10pm. Just a strange setup. All the gates were padlocked leaving only 1 way in and 1 way out of the property. The rooms had no internal lock or deadbolt, just a keyed doorknobs. Probably wouldn’t go back.

This does not have its own bathroom, you have to go outside the room and share with others, there was no Ac and only one outlet for tv and tv didn’t even work and to top it off they wanted check out at 10 am when they announce 11am! Don’t waste your money on this dirt place. Unsanitary, unsafe, and waste of money

The rooms are dirty and super small I'll talking you get jail vibes the rooms don't even have a bathrooms. And the parking if you find it is super small. Dont waste money please save your self the headache.

It was a flop house. Hotels.com needs to do better vetting. The Jr. Room has no air conditioning & it stunk of urine. The shared bathroom had blood all over it. The owners were nice even allowing me to park in their parking spot because they have only 4 spots the rest is street parking and its a very dangerous neighborhood, i heard sirens all night. Its just a dump.

I would never stay again. The bathrooms were cleaner than the room. I did not sleep well at all. I was disappointed. The room smells everything in the room is old. The carpet is so stained up. And it was a fan in the room for air. I never stayed somewhere like

The room was beyond filthy and smelled like urine. The carpet in the room was sticky and most of it was black. Two community toilets, one shower and one tub shared by all of the rooms. Walls were disgusting. No parking.

The hotel has one bathroom for all of the guests in the area. Its awful they , had blood all over the light switch , tuna and poop it was awful. I could not stay . There is no heating or air conditioning.

I didn't know what an economy room is now I do that means a big a table TV no refrigerator no heater no bathroom no sink inside the room you share outside bathrooms in the hallway the garage you little if any toilet paper rude not accommodating worst of all the money is not refundable for that price no that's a $15 room

at 10:00 am they already want us to vacate the room when check-out is at 11:00 am and the room has a bad smell and the bathrooms are outside and not inside and the bathrooms also have bad smells

No restroom in rooms, restroom located down the hall and showers in one room and toilet in separate room and the whole floor shares it. No heater or AC very hot during the day and ice cold at nights. Very scary place to be and im a guy who's been in prison and that way better stay then this miller hotel💯

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL! The entire place stinks like urine, the staff is very unprofessional and the smell won’t let you go to sleep.

We knew it was going to be no frills, but there were real problems. When we went to check in we were told that there was a $50 deposit which had to be in cash. It was a cold night and heater didnt work plus just a sheet and a thin bedspread on the bed, no blanket!

Warning：1. They would ask 40 dollars cash deposit, if you don't give it to them,they don't let you in.
2. Also you can't even get a parking spot inside even though they have an empty spot.
3. If you ask for a refund for cancellation, They would reject you, even though you don't stay there and have no parking spot
4. The street parking was very full and hard to park. You have to walk for a long time to go to the hotel if you're going to park at the street.
5.Also there are a lot of bums walking around, extremely dangerous.

Didn’t let me know that it is a shared bathroom. No ac room gets really hot. Small bed wasn’t a queen size it was A full. Front desk was rude was screaming at the person who was accompanying me because they were looking to see if there was parking in the back which there isn’t. It is only street parking. Wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re really desperate.

This place was so nasty, cockroaches on the table, terrible feeling bed, mold on the carpet. Also there’s no personal bathroom or shower in the room it’s horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone.

The receptionist demanded cash security deposit, although nowhere in the hotels.com this property description/information it was noted. Normally any similar establishment would hold the security deposit via credit/debit card. Also, it was not mentioned in the hotel details showers and bathrooms are outside the room, not inside. Had we known that, we would have definitely booked another one…

I was asked to pay a $40 deposit in cash that was refundable. there was no mention of that on Expedia when I booked. Also they advertise their is AC however there was not only a fan in the room.

There was no bathroom inside the room. That part was my fault for not reading but still very odd. Very basic room didn’t seem clean, all you could smell was smoke and walls extremely thin. Guy there was also not very friendly and will only take cash for the deposit. The ATM they have charges you nearly $4 to get money out
