It was a nightmare experience. On holiday in Kyushu for more than 2 weeks, this is the worst night stay. I wanted to rate you 0 but unfortunately the lowest is 1. You don't even deserve a 1 score. Upon arrival, it was very cold, dark and we were very hungry. Got the unit number but no pin number for access to the unit's keys. Passports details emailed to staff and we were corresponding thru booking.com messaging. 2-3 times I messaged him on our situation but he simply refused to give me the pin number insisted on me checking my email. I just don't understand the stupid logic of it. Despite telling him that no email was received he just refused to message me the pin number. I really don't understand why. I got no choice but to summon for the police and it was after wasting 7 minutes on an overseas call then he revealed the number to the police officer. Your staff is really damn stupid, no initiative and not compassionate at all. I hate to describe him in that manner but he's really so. Now, back to the room condition. It's very bare minimum It has an induction cooker with a frying pan, some hard small plastic cups, fork and spoon meant for small kids. A very small electric kettle. No ladle and soup spoon. The question is why put an induction cooker and frying pan when you simply can't cook at all. I would suggest that you discard them totally and state strictly no cooking. The unit can only boil water for beverages. I can tolerate the room condition as we are on the move. We just want a place to rest. The check-in manner really pissed me off. Worst, at the end of the stay each person needs to pay 200yen (accommodation tax) for a nightly stay which wasn't stated prior to booking. Whoever intends to book the unit please ensure that you get the pin number well in advance. Unless you have no other choice otherwise please avoid staying in this horrible place.
