It is a pretty new and fancy hotel. The staff is kind and the rooms are great. They have a big gym, and sauna, and the bar on the top floor has a great view. The breakfast offers a lot of variety. The location is great as it is basically part of a big mall and you can access it from the hotel.

The bar was supper slow. I could only enjoy one drink in like 2 hours there. So, they can have a more organized and efficient system for that. You can't go from your floor to your friends' room on another floor using the elevator wich is quite boring but I guess for security reasons. They didn't have small face or hands towels, that was unexpected for me.

The plush bedding and high-quality linens provided a restful and rejuvenating sleep experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of West Lake from my room. The serene beauty of the lake, especially during sunrise and sunset, added an extra touch of tranquility to my stay. Additionally, the hotel's fitness center and spa facilities were top-notch, offering a range of wellness options to help guests unwind and rejuvenate. The staff at L7 West Lake Hanoi consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and efficiency. From the moment I made a reservation until I checked out, their attention to detail and promptness in handling any requests or inquiries were truly commendable. They provided valuable recommendations for local attractions and dining options, ensuring that I experienced the best of what Hanoi had to offer. The friendliness and effectiveness of the staff were truly exceptional. They treated me like a valued guest, and their genuine warmth and hospitality made me feel at home throughout my stay.

Location, if you want comfort choose another 5 star hotel. I've been to many 5 star hotel chains and this did not meet my expectations.

1. Beds are not really to a 5 star quality 2. It's mall room and sink is not in the bathroom it's outside near bed 3. One time parking , not suitable for events 4. Make me pay for a lost thing even though I keep repeating it was left beside the pool chair!
