The views were amazing. It was a decent place for the money. WThe queen beds were great and we slept well. Decor was cute. The condo layout was good as well.

The cleaning staff didn't pay attention to the details, ie. dirty towel under the bed, cracked lamp shade that fell apart, and over all lack of care. Sleeper sofas needs replacing and area rug sheds fibers everywhere.

The location was terrific - on a mountaintop with a gorgeous view away from the crowds of Gatlinburg.

The place was dirty. There were wet used towels on the back of the bathroom door and socks left under the bed. They also provided us with about 3/4 of a roll of TP for a stay of several days.

I loved the view. The place was all clean & felt like home

I didn’t like the steep hills I had to drive up and down on . I ended up getting out and making my husband drive
