Spacious Condo, very dated. That's about the only good thing I can say.

Wrecker driver towing cars in the parking lot Sunday morning 4:00 a.m. If your parking hang tag wasn't visible, then the wrecker driver towed the car, car alarm systems were going off waking up the guests. Then you have to be sure your car wasn't getting towed. Wrecker driver had a serious attitude because of course he wants to make money. Terrible system! Pool water was green the entire time. Complex doesn't appear to have a regular maintenance/grounds keeper. No security person checking who's getting in and out of the river at this property. Saturday was a zoo on the water, literally thousands of people floating, many people getting out of river at this property that are not paying guests...and 1 trash can completely over-flowing. Property needs a full time attendant on Saturdays in the summer. Safety/health issues, so many drunk people. Yes, I know the condos can't control the drunk people but they can make sure their policies are enforced. Half of the light fixtures in the condo have burned out bulbs. Lastly, Sunday morning went to the kitchen to find 2 roaches on the kitchen countertop. Totally preventable, greedy owners not wanting to spend money on quality rental units with basic necessities: such as enough trash cans at the water, clean swimming pool, no roaches. Reached out to management, no help or satisfaction. Avoid this property and/or Vacasa. No help whatsoever. They all want to blame someone else.

The facility offered everything we needed to return home from overseas to visit family. We had plenty of space to relax and rest in between visiting our family. We were able to wash all of our laundry before returning. The location was also perfect for everything we needed to access during our stay.

The lodging didn't include a dishwasher, which could have been helpful. It was not a significant issue.
