Patti was great with the directions because you do loose signal going up to the the cabin at times. Very clean and she was very helpful in any questions we had. Views were great-sunsets etc.. We went as a honeymoon-get away plenty of space if you need your own...My husband loved playing Galaga..lol neighbors were quiet.. NO bears and i didn't get to met Dolly!! lol

We had such a wonderful stay and enjoyed everything this home had to offer. We loved that the hot tub was ready for us to enjoy after a long day of driving. The kids had fun playing with the arcade and I loved the peacefulness this location had.

The cabin was awesome. Everyone loved the pool table and arcade games. TV in every room was a nice touch, add in the hot tub and it was a perfect vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Moosebury Ridge. The host has really taken the time to consider every extra little touch. The cabin is clean, and the loft was fun for our kids.

This is the most amazing cabin. You will say WOW when you first walk in. The rental process from beginning to end was a breeze and communication was easy, quick and instructions were clear. The cabin truly looked like it belongs on the front cover of a magazine. The decorating was spot on, and it’s exactly as pictured, well even better. The entire cabin was spotless! With all the cabins to choose from you should save yourself some time and stop here and reserve your vacation. Although we were not there much it was such a pleasure to come back to such a beautiful place to spend our evenings. It was close enough to everything but far enough away from the busy areas. If I could give it 10 stars I would. We look forward to returning.

Very clean, relaxing cabin with everything we needed plus extras. Game room was really enjoyed! Some family members stopped for a few days and were also impressed with how relaxing it was here. I took my son for an overnight trip for his 10th birthday. He primarily wanted a place with a hot tub and a view. This cabin was the perfect fit. He found a new love for pool. Thanks to the pool table. I got to relive my childhood, setting the high score for Gallaga!

Had a great time at this cute little cabin. It was in a good location and was very clean. The bathroom towels need to be replaced but everything else was as listed.

This cabin is beautiful and comes with some great amenities! We enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. We liked that the hot tub was turned on prior to arrival- as some cabins won’t do that and then you have to wait a for it to heat up. The place was extremely clean! Our ONLY issue was with the neighbors. We had friends joining us for dinner so for just a few hours in the evening we had more cars than would fit. There was no one parked across the street so they used the parking in front of some of the nearby cabins. The neighbor across the street let us know we couldn’t do that, so we apologized and told our friends. While moving the cars and figuring out how we were going to make this work, the neighbor to the left of the cabin came out and started yelling at us from her porch and refused to leave us alone. We told her we only had the cars in front of her place temporarily while we came up with a plan. We literally had people in the cars ready to move them. She continued to yell from her porch and made our guests extremely uncomfortable. I asked her where her property line started so that we could be extremely conscious to not walk, drive, stand, or come anywhere near her property-but instead she decided to call the owner of our cabin and complain. We had already apologized and were moving the vehicles, which we did, and it didn’t need to be a huge issue. She ruined part of our night, and then she made a point to come out and stare at us in the morning as we checked out.

Excellent photos - tell exactly what to expect. Clean and orderly. Property manager was quick to respond to all messages, very friendly. Tips: recommend bringing pillows, turn on hot tub several hours before getting in so it has time to warm up.

We loved the new Mooseberry cabin. It exceeded our expectations. We love how it feels like home. There was a good variety of games for my boyfriend and I to enjoy. We played several rounds of pool, galaga, and sorry. We love all the upgrades that were made in the new cabin. It's absolutely beautiful. I was a little worried about privacy when looking on Google Maps, but you have the privacy you need and want when enjoying the hot tub. The bed was so comfortable and I slept so good. Communication with Patti was very easy and great. We will definitely be back. Mooseberry was the only cabin we fell in love with when first getting away and this cabin is no different. It's nice to have a cabin we know will be clean and up to our standards and that we can enjoy. Mooseberry is definitely our home away from home. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful place with us. Thank you to Linda as well for keeping this place looking amazing.

This cabin is one of the best rentals I have experienced hands down! I have stayed in many places and this one is at the top for cleanliness, amenities, decor, and location. Our host Patti was extremely helpful and responsive and even kept us updated about an approaching weather system. The hot tub and games available were wonderful. The wraparound deck was private and well furnished. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The furniture and beds were cozy and comfortable. We had the best time! The cabin is 15-20 minutes away from restaurants and shopping that we enjoyed tremendously. We had a great time playing and watching movies/relaxing at the cabin. We will definitely stay here in the future. Absolutely perfect for our party of two couples. Thank you, Patti!

Great upgrade. We were originally booked into another property that became unavailable for our stay. Patti work with us on another property she had that was large for the same price. The location was well isolated from the crowds out in the main areas of towns.

This property was so quaint, comfortable, and sweet. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there. The property was everything that it was advertised to be. We will be back, this was our most favorite place that we've stayed yet!

My family and I loved staying at Mooseberry Ridge! The cabin is exactly as described in the listing. Two nice sized bedrooms with their own full baths. Living room and kitchen were perfect for our needs! The kids loved playing pool and the arcade games upstairs in the loft. Check-in and check-out were very simple and Patti was a gracious host! The only reason we gave the Location and Neighborhood 4-stars instead of 5 is because it took about 50 minutes to get to Gatlinburg and the listing said 18min drive to Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge. Without knowing the exact address when booking, we assumed it wouldn't be more than 30mins with traffic. Overall, the added time driving wasn't terrible. We would definitely stay at Mooseberry Ridge again!! Great cabin and great host!

The cabin was very clean and neat. Everything you need is there. The check in process was super smooth. Explanations/directions for everything which was super helpful. Lots of fun games to play. Also appreciated the easy check out process. Had to do very little before leaving which made that process a lot less stressful!!
