This unit has had updates in both bathrooms and the kitchen which was great. The beds were comfortable and the unit fit our family of 5 easily. One good surprise was the in-unit washer and dryer.

For all its updates this unit needs a few more. As a previous reviewer said the door lock is terribly jiggly and that should be a relatively easy fix. The couches need to be replaced as they are uncomfortable and past “well” loved. The unit also needed about 4 new light bulbs which was frustrating. My biggest issue however, was that neither sliding door actually locked. I realize no one is spider-manning their way up the 6 stories, but this is a hefty safety issue. Both doors need to be replaced and it looks like that should have happened about 10 years ago.

Location on the old side of the strip farther east from the pier. Size of condo.

The master bedroom bathroom. The shower is very narrow, the placement of the shower head was very strange and was not correctly placed. It’s in an unusual place to not spray water out and into bathroom floor. No shower door. The grout on the tile is very filthy. The living area balcony door handle was broken but propped up to appear not broken. The balcony had cigarette ashes all over the ground outside. The guests staying below us smoked a lot and the smoke went up onto our balcony. Both balcony doors are rusted out and the bearings on the bottom are rusted in need of grease. The doors were difficult to open and shut. The oven was locked? Somehow it has a lock function. No safe to store valuables. The front door lock needs screwed in as it was very loose and jiggling when trying to input codes. The fridge water filter needs changed and the fridge was lit up stating it needed it upon arrival. Lastly, quiet was not a factor as the room was over the first main pool and people were getting wild and loud.

I liked the location, and how close it was to the beach.

The front desk people were kind of rude.
