Seems to be a new hotel. Modern and clean, but: No breakfast service (not a huge issue for me) No iron and ironing board in the room. Only a steamer. Tall ceilings are nice, but very impractical furnishings (I had a corner room); hardly any desk space to work. Just a few hangers in a tiny closet nook. Water dispenser on floor, but no bottles to fill with water. Instead of ice maker, there were sacks of ice. OK, I guess.

The facility is very new in appearance, rooms quiet and clean. Excellent location. I would rate the location even better were the restaurant/bar open for business. I think there will need to be more parking available in the long term.

We enjoyed our overnight visit to Clayton and had a lovely stay at Bridge Creek Inn. It's quaint, quiet and an easy access to the downtown area. We called to have towels brought to our room on the morning of our check-out but we never received them. Other than that minor inconvenience, we really enjoyed our stay.

This is a new hotel, great location, very professional staff, super clean, great barista area, but they had issues. The restaurant/bar area said online opening Spring 2024, it was not yet opened. That was disappointing! They were still renovating it and the smell of epoxy was terrible on the 1st floor. Tyler offered us a full refund but, there were no available rooms anywhere close to us so we stayed and he moved us to the 2nd floor which was better. However, the A/C was not working well, it was set on 73 and you couldn’t change it. We went to Walmart & purchased a small fan, multiple people complained, This hotel has great potential, once they get everything fixed & open. Tyler was very professional, super polite, and always greeted every guest as they came in and out of the hotel.

Newly renovated. Very nice lobby and coffee bar. Walkable to several restaurants and shops.

This is brand new hotel where an older one used to be and the owners did a great job on renovating it. They offer free drip coffee in the lobby every morning at the coffee station and a new restaurant will open off the lobby soon. Everyone was very nice and accomodating that works there. The same ownership group bought the Chandler Inn in Highlands, renovated it and renamed it The Wells Hotel which has now sold. They also own The Wells in Cashiers and the Brewery there. Across the street from Bridge Creek they bought the building that the pharmacy used to be in and Henri's sandwich shop out of Atlanta will open up in the space.

Amazing renovation right on Main St in Clayton. Walk to everything within a minute or two. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, room, amenities, etc. Will be back for sure!

This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. This was a beautiful hotel and had all the nice touches. The little town of Clayton, Ga.was absolutely adorable. The hotel was convenient and walkable to everything downtown. I cannot wait to visit again.

We needed a quiet place with a late check in and this was perfect. I wish we’d gotten there earlier and could have stayed longer, as it looks like an adorable town.

The hotel was amazing and the bonus is it's pet friendly! Great parking, in the heart of town with plenty of shopping and eateries and close to mountains and wineries. Room was just the right size for us. The decor was spectacular. Definitely worth a visit next time you're up in the area.

The staff did not seem very knowledgable about us booking through expedia and we will be checking our bank statements. It is a new place and a work in progress. Coffee pots and microwaves would be nice as i like to warm up leftovers or make my own tea before bed without having to get redressed to go down to lobby. Would be willing to give another try after a few years

Beautiful, modern designed hotel. Very clean, very quiet. I wish we would have gotten a room with a view, but it was beautiful nonetheless. Great options for dining in walking distance. Friendly businesses, no complaints.

Housekeeping was not great. Room was just ok. Asked for another because of streetlight being directly I front of my window and was told she didn’t know how to do that that she was sorry for the issue. This lead to poor sleep the entire week I was there even with the shades drown. .

Would be nice to have a covered overhead drive up to entrance to lobby and automatic doors. It was pouring rain when we left and it was difficult with bags and getting to car. Everything else was nice.

This place is beautiful, very upscale.
