The condo is very well done. The furnishings seem new and the rooms were very clean. The reason for the 4 star review is mostly because of the communication with the management company. It took 4 days to figure out basic information such as where the keys were located( you must have these for beach access and the building front door as the code provided does not always work), where the trash was to be disposed of, how to access the local TV channels, and where the washer and dryer is located.( which is not actually in the condo but across the breezeway from the front door! Who would have thought?!) I sent an email and called twice before someone was able to get me the answers to these simple questions. It could have all been so easily avoided/resolved if there was an information guide in the property with this basic, but useful information. The master bedroom has no furniture other than the bed and night stands so there is no place to put your suitcase other than the bed. A luggage rack would be beneficial. My suggestion to the owner would be to make a quick flyer with all the info necessary for the guest to know about the property, and then choose a management company who knows the property and can answer these basic questions. Overall my stay was very good once I figured out the basics of the condo.

Beautiful view to wake up to! Excellent place to spend a few days away. Very clean. The owner was very responsive and quick to help with any issues. Would highly recommend this beach side condo!
