Clean spacious and very well equipped

Bed was somewhat too soft for us but personal taste

The apartment was in the basement and had the perfect temperature during the warm summer days without air conditioning. It was very well equipped and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances to be self-sufficient. Lots of things like coffee, olive oil, salt, sugar, even dough for Belgian waffles were available. We felt very comfortable in the large apartment with the electric piano and the quiet bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The basement apartment was very nice. You didn't feel like you were down in a hole. And it smelled nice! Too many places we have stayed in have had odd smells or a dozen air fresheners that were overpowering. It was decorated with the owners collections and very beautiful quilts on the wall and master bed. It is located right at a trail head for a fun and easy hike down to the Virgin and LaVerkin River. Payment was reasonable and there were NO added fees aside from cleaning fee which was a bonus in my eyes! Definitely be staying there again.

A washer and dryer would be a nice addition.
