The location is ideal for my work place, the facilities (lobby etc.) look nice.

There were roaches in my room — I don’t do creepy crawlers. Also decided to try their restaurant tonight (because I’m here until the 31st, haven’t checked out yet) and they brought up lamb that was super super overcooked and therefore hard as hell. I try to eat it but really… it was trash. What’s even more trash is that I’m told I have to wait for the chef to accept whether or not I can reject the inedible dish, then wait another 20 mins for my lobster (new order) to come out. 30+ mins later, I’m tired, just want to go back to my room, I ask to be checked out. They call their white manager who comes and tells me I can’t eat half of the meal, reject it and expect not to pay for it. Wow. Not seeing my money again.

Shortly after booking the hotel I received a personalized email confirmation from the hotel offering shuttle service. It was the first of many personal touches from the management that extended throughout my 4-night stay. Both Hamid and Pierre went out of their way to ensure that my stay was successful. In fact their level of concern and assistance exceeded anything I've experienced in many years of travel. The hotel itself is elegant, but not ostentatious. The pool is great, the gym (with full-time trainer) exceptional, the rooms very comfortable. A great value for the money.

The room was very large, the staff very pleasant, everything worked. Breakfast was excellent, a wide variety of food, very pleasant atmosphere, and they open very early (05.30). The bar on the first floor was lovely and the artwork on the ground floor was outstanding. It was one of the most pleasant hotel stays I have had in a long time.

The staff were fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. They all could English and went out of their way to arrange thing for me and to see to it that I would d be safe. (I had just come from a 5-star hotel in Kinshasa where I had the opposite experience!)

The breakfast could have been a bit better - for example, no egg selection (just processed scambled eggs)

Breakfast was good, wide selection of food. I enjoyed the variety of fruits. Could have been better if choice of eggs was available other than boiled ones. I also missed sparkling water at breakfast.

A kettle wasn't part of the initial package. I had to ask for one to be included which was done. However, l noted that the cups were never cleaned after l used them.

Everything is amazing. Meals are very good and staff are friendly and kind.

ALL staff was excellent. From management to housekeeping! Felt special as many times when I walked by reception they would greet with my name.

Clean, very clean, staff. A beautiful building is only a building yet with excellent staff now you have greatness! Ok I liked my stay as did others in our group.
