The mattress and the bed not comfortable at all.

My first time in the hotel was excellent, but the second time in general I was not satisfied.

The room on the first day was bad (smell bad, and the refrigerator was leaking water) and the corridor smelled bad. On my second day in the hotel, I went out in the morning and came back in the evening at 10 o'clock. I found the bathroom full of water, and asked to change the room, they change it but i had to ask many times to get help moving my luggage. There were a lot of flies in the breakfast lounge at my first day, and the food was not covered, so i told them about it.

Staff at checkout were nice but not the one at checkin

Bed is low quality and was not clean; bathroom was clean either

It’s clean and neat. All supporting staff were good except the front desk. Rooms were spacious.

Checkin took 30 min plus. The front desk is not at all trained, they do not know how to check in, how to check online bookings, it was a mess at the reception After 30 minutes of waiting at the check in counter we could get rooms, however to our surprise they asked us to pay again where as we paid in advance. Second day asked us to checkout whereas rooms were booked for 2 nights Wi-Fi in 3rd floor not working
