Very clean unit and quiet location. Communication from host on accessing the property was good and helpful.

Heat was off and unit was extremely cold when we arrived. The space did not heat up until several hours after arrival. We were only provided with minimal bedding and no extra bedding was available or offered until the next day when we would already be checking out. No cooking items such as pots or pans were provided. Minimal kitchen amenities provided in general. Communication with host about these issues was not satisfactory as they answered only a few of my questions and ignored the rest while at the same time received automated friendly messages wishing us nice stay. Overall the place felt very sterile and unwelcoming. Nearly turned into a White Walker upon arrival.
