Wonderful location, I am a very sensitive sleeper, this was the first place in LA where I never once woke up in the middle of the night. Feels secluded, when I booked I thought we would see the owners of the house often, but we only met 2 times over the weekend and had a very nice conversation, although I usually avoid people as much as possible. Incredible layout of the house, in the moment sometimes you forget you are still in LA. Incredibly clean, has everything you need to cook a meal, stove, pots, pans, oil, salt, and even a waffle iron, which is incredible. Very bright house, it is very comfortable at all times of the day. Beautiful bathroom, very clean, unbelievably clean, shiny.

The only thing I didn't like very much was the parking, the parking is on the street, and in the evening it is almost impossible to find it, even with parking pass, but for the sake of such a house, it can be tolerated.

I absolutely loved everything about this guest house (especially the cathedral ceilings in the living room.) There is a balcony that extends from the living area to the bedroom that graces your senses a fresh breeze and singing birds. I will definitely be returning🥰

Even though was given a parking pass, parking was pretty hard to find after 4pm and almost impossible to find any during late hours. I would suggest coming to check in earlier than later to insure you find parking near the guest house.
