Everything was perfect. starting with the staff really friendly and helpful good position, with a bus stop just outside the little beach in front relaxing and quiet with parasols and sun loungers included the room clean and equipped with everything

if you’re looking for parties is perfect because the place is on a cocktail bar and there is party all night long , of course with music heard in the room (at least during weekends, no idea during the week) if you are not just be aware about it

I've paid for the number on 11pm but the hotel didn't answer my call and I couldn't check in. I had to sleep in the car. The hotel didn't answer my messages, didn't call back. The hotel didn't refund my payment

it was very close to the ocean! I was at this property for 4 nights. very close to stores and attractions! and cabanas were very nice aswell!

it was very loud at night I would actually say for the property to buy white noise machines. the music can be very loud at night! the bedding was never changed during my stay. and towels were not washed.

Really liked the location - lot of bars, shops, clubs in the area, you can have free sunbeds in front of the aparts.

because it is on the main street of Ipsos the music and traffic was so loud there up till the early morning. If you close the doors properly it is not as loud. Secondly, the isolation from the coridor is really bad. You can hear any words of the guests passing by. Also the bed was not comfortable, there was a lot of old furniture. There was no kettle to make some coffee, the leg of the fridge was broken. Also in the fridge there was water bottle that was already used by someone.

There was a lot of noise - both from the bar downstairs but also in the hall and between the rooms. The reception was largely unattended.

Well, in the photos it looked so much different. The sea view ok,but the furniture in the balcony not nice and clean to sit there. I think the room was not properly cleaned after the previous quest, I felt disgusted the first night. Sweeping the floor and making the beds cant be called cleaning🤔 sand ,dust in the bathroom on the arrival day. I really expected something different from the photos. In the hotel no rules for the guests! The young Italians so noisy in the corridors all night long and nobody said anything! The pub downstairs ok,but too noisy for the hotel guest. We didn't like the idea that you need to go through the party and a gloomy hall to enter the room.

The location is great, very close the bus station. Beach is just in front of the hotel. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean.

Really loud bar in the building, with music continues until 03:30-04:00 in the morning and the loud music starts at 00:00. The whole floor was shaking because of the bass and after we finally fall asleep at 04:00-04:30 we wake up with a headache every motning and was not even high seasson, therefore the sea view is nothing to be enjoyed at. Really bad isolation of the rooms as well and getting to the room is not pleasent as you need to cross the bar or get through one stairs witch look like constuction zone Other thing is the rooms dont look a lot like the pictures, for sure some editing is done and the bathroom and sleeping room are much different than the pictures. We saw before we booked that there is a bar down and expected to be somewhat loud, but having the party in our room is not what I would like, basicly you feel like you are at the toilet in a nightclub. If was somewhat mentioned in the description, I would avoid unfortunatly there is nowhere said, as well as the old comments are from 2020 and 2021 when we had corona regulations and probably the bar worked until 01:00-01:30 only as on the other island we visited.

The location is great! With the bus stop a few steps ahead, good food along the street and the close proximity for boat tours. There are sun beds literally across the property where you can simply jump into the clearest water! The host is very knowledgeable of the area and very very helpful.

Very basic but clean room with nice sized balcony over looking the sea. Serviced every day which given the price was a pleasant surprise. Would have been nice to have a kettle but restraunts for breakfast are minutes away.

Great positioning, THE VIEW IS SURREAL, just at the start of the city. Everything is near. ATM and bus stop to central city? 5 meters away from the hotel. The sea and the beach? You can throw a rock from a balcony and hit water. Good wi-fi, netflix installed in your room TV. Buggy/bike rental? 10 meters away. Shops? 150-200 meters down the street. The bar/disco is at the first floor. You can easily get out of your room in flip-flops, cross the street and rest your behind on the beach. The beach is also private and was empty when I visited it in October. Still, it's private. The club on the first floor has some nice music and drinks. The staff is really friendly, and helped me out in a non-standard situation. 30-40 min bus travel (costs ~2 Eur) to the main Corfu city.

Be sure to check if you're picking 2 or 3 floor (storey). The 3rd is a lot better than the 2 and a lot quiter. It's not a bad thing, but music on the first floor is heard loudly on the second, so it's not a pick for family rest (or at least pick the 3rd floor its a lot quiter there). The cars and especially bikes make loud noise.

Apartment was very clean, it has a great location, and the staff is extremely nice and pleasant. Suggesting you pick the sea view because it really gives a special charm to everything!

For someone who goes to bed early, the music from the bar downstairs could be a problem, but the isolation of the room is really good.

Everything was amazing, fast check in, great location, cleaning is👌, all your need is around, same street Perfect location to visit corfu around by car. Sunrise in the morning straight from balcony. The view from rooms are😍. Free parking.

saturday night cocktail bar was pretty noisy up to 3 am, otherwise no issues extractor in toilet very noisy.

The location Is just amazing near beach just road crossing, supermarket restaurant street full of life. Morning sunrise view is amazing from the room.

- poor Drainage in the Wc once u take a shower all the water reach the bedroom. -very poor housekeeping. -for 4 nights stay we had to ask them to change our towels and they lh changed it 1 time :((. -just below the room at night the place turns into a night club with loud music till 3am so it's not good for families with kids for us as young couple was OK. -No Covid 19 measures in place, staff no masks nothing.
