Great service

We had some difficulty finding the office to check in as they are renovating the units. Once we were able to contact the the right person we received our key. We were pleasant ly suprised by our room, nice large room with kitchen and pool side

The actual room was nice, bed was comfortable, towels were nice, and room seemed clean. Looks like it was a converted studio apartment with a kitchen, newly remolded but with a terrible paint job. The property was surrounded by apartments, no issues with the area. Folks walking their dogs in the morning. We got there late (after 10pm) and we had someone meet us at the room which was hard to find. We had to call to locate the property because there was absolutely no signage and no official office (no website either). No formal check-in or check out, it was all done by phone. A nice young man met us at the room and handed us a physical key. It looked like they were in the process of adding a card key entry so don't know how secure the door actually was on the first floor. We had to wait for extra linens for the pull out for my son and we're only given a single sheet to cover the mattress along with a quilt and pillow. He was tired though and didn't care. One small trashcan for a unit with a kitchen (did not use), no hairdryer (no big deal but would have brought one had I known). There were nice decorative touches and as I said, bed was comfortable which was appreciated.

The people like Armondo and Andras? were kind, helpful, proud of their work place, care for their clients. They were awesome

The property is being renovated and the staff was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Looking forward to when the renovation is complete!

Close to my destination

Everything was fabulous except it was odd because they don’t have an actual office set up yet. And the room wasn’t quite finished yet as they are still under construction but when it’s finished, it will be one of the most amazing places ever!

This place should not be operating yet! It is all under construction except for 2 of the 7 buildings. There was zero signage so we could not figure out how to get in. We finally stopped a guy walking by who pointed out the office - which wasn’t functioning. A fellow came out, led us to a room, showed us a keycard which had no markings on it and led us into our room. The room was fine but unfinished. We were told we would receive a text with documents and a WiFi code. After an hour of trying to get the a/c to work and getting no text we phoned the number in the Expedia listing. A fellow answered and said “Omar would be over to show us how the a/c worked. “ After 20 minutes or so he showed up, couldn’t get it to work, took a picture off the wall to expose the electrical box. He flipped a switch and said “It’s easier to just reset it”. We left it on, went to dinner, came back and couldn’t get it working again. No way were we fooling with the electrical box! No other way to ventilate the room without leaving a door open and being on the ground floor that wasn’t an option. Stuff was just unfinished, poorly executed and looked cheap. It was a very sketchy, weird experience. We suspect they don’t yet have an occupancy permit.

The room was not fully remodeled. It served the purpose, but… could have been better. No office, no one ever walked the pool area and the ashtray was a month long full!

Loved my room and had great service from the staff. Will be back for future stays!

Room was very good with good amenities and friendly service

There was no signage, no name, no indication that it was a hotel. I saw a guy come out of a room so i asked him where the office was. He sait its being renovated. He went arount a corner and came back later with a key card. No check in procedure, nothing on the card itself, no one answered the phone when i had a question about the tv. The room was ok, it had just been remodeled. But it was just odd. Brand new kitchen but the curtains were made of plastic and tthere was no way to pull them open. The slifing door was not locked. Tried to adjust the room temperature to no avail. It was really weird.

The room was large and clean. We liked that the toilet and shower area was separate from the sinks. The manager was helpful and friendly. We didn't like that the door was hard to open and close. We didn't like that the coffee maker didn't work.

Room is what you expect for the price. Was a big room and it was clean.

Room was gorgeous and spacious with a nice mini kitchen. Bed was very very comfortable.

All I could find was a old hotel being renovated.

My room was clean and had tasteful, new bedding, curtains, and towels. Sliding doors lead out to a patio with clean pool and outdoor couches and tables. AC works great and the room has a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and stove. Part of the property is being renovated but on a Saturday there was no construction noise. Owner was there to check me in (there is not a formal office yet, but the owner is working on building it as well as renovating another, larger pool.

Great place to stay. Huge room, lighting is great, full kitchen set-up. We stayed on the 2nd floor which has a big balcony overlooking the pool. Easy parking. Manager is great, since there is no front desk yet they will send you a notification of the room being ready with a phone number and as soon as we pulled up and called it the manager was there in a few minutes to help us. Already making reservations to return shortly.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised. My wife booked this place and she said it was the most inexpensive compared to other hotels due to Peak season. The room was very spacious with a kitchen, living room, King size bed. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our back patio was open to a heated pool and it was peaceful. The only thing that we thought was a bit strange in the beginning is they don't have a cjeck in office. Don't worry... It wasn't strange at all. I believe it was the owner or manager that greeted us at the door with our key access and he was super pleasant to work with. I believe they're renovating phase by phase and by the time they're done I'm sure the prices will go up but worth it! Highly recommend this too anyone!

It was dirty, pool looked dirty,i could not stay there

Staff very nice and clean. Didn't like there was no phone in room.

A beautiful place to stay. People there make sure you are happy. Love the large spacious room. A full kitchen in the room. Walk right out your sliding glass doors to a heated pool. Look forward to staying there again

am very torn as I write this review. The owner and Brian are lovely, want you to be happy and work.hard to that end. The unit is well located, spotlessly clean, very quiet and spacious, and the lighting inside is excellent. The bed is comfortable and the heating/Ac/wifi work perfectly. This apartment has tremendous potential but it isn't there yet and thus is overpriced at this time. We drove around and around trying to figure out where to check in - it has no office and we asked passersby who helped. I received a phone call which set us up. Inside: the front door is a mess and the slider at the back is not secure. The owner has two units in these buildings that are in disrepair. The kitchen: old stove with a gross broiler pan top in the drawer..There are 2 coffee cups/plates/butter plates, 2 knives, forks, and spoons, 2 wine glasses. There is one frying pan and 2 pots. Cooking a meal without a cutting board, or a lifter or an extra plate to put something on is impossible so we did Whole Foods take out. There is no bathroom door, the antique shower needs to be redone, the mirror is pocked and the furniture chipped but...the toilet and sinks are new and shine. There is just a tiny garbage can in the kitchen, no wastebasket in the bathroom and no welcome instructions to inform of the wifi code etc. If you stay, just know that this is a place where you are welcome and adjust your expectations. I travel several times a month and I’m not going to lie I was very nervous about the price point…. However I immediately relaxed upon arrival. Yes the whole property is under renovation but they do have a few rooms to accommodate. The rooms are massive with a large king bed , full size fridge , massive dresser and closet. It was so quiet as there was hardly any street noise and I never heard a neighbor . No hotel lobby yet but the ground staff takes care of you and will escort you and your belongings. The neighborhood is high end with access to great walking and stores

The room was very large and well equipped. However, they are still upgrading the hotel, so the room needs some final touches. But overall my experiences very nice. Armando, the manager, made the experience so much nicer. Whatever I needed. He made sure I got it.

This room was as nice a room as I have stayed in however a quite smaller venue it was very comfortable and extremely affordable . I would recommend it to anyone of my friends . And will!

Very Spacious room but the Property is in the midst of a Renovation and isn’t up to 4 or 5 Star rating. Heater did not function( winter time it’s chilly), no hangers in Closet, TV was not operatable & Key failed to open door when I came back from dinner. Manager was very accommodating as was the staff, fortunately I had Mngrs. Number to call. I’d possibly give this property a second chance, it has potential.

Really nice people, took us in to our room like we were family, freshly renovated (still in process) pool area looked amazing, highly recommended.
