Hotel is new, clean, and modern. Great location for activities in the Aspen area. Very dog friendly. Staff is also super friendly. I live in Denver, so visit Aspen several times per year, and will definitely stay at this hotel again.

For $460 for one night this hotel is SEVERELY lacking! The hotel lobby is very nice and gives the appearance that it is worth the price tag, but unfortunately that's about the only thing. The rooms, although nice are very small. Pretty much just a bed, dresser/TV and bathroom with just a shower. There was a balcony on the room, but as others have mentioned there were no chairs to sit on and it was a very small balcony anyway that overlooked a ton of construction. The construction was our "Mountain" view. In the room itself they have 2 bottles of water that have a $3 price tag on them when we all know they cost about 50 cents, so don't drink the waters. Unless of course your a diamond member, then you can get the water for free lmao. The fitness/spa area is also very small. There is no pool and the "hot tub" is smaller than the one I have at home. It barely fits 2 people comfortably and it faces the front entrance to the hotel and the parking lot, which means everyone coming into the hotel can see you in the hot tub. As you can imagine it's not a very relaxing or private experience. The "restaurant" in the hotel is not worth the price tag either. My husband and I had breakfast and coffee there. They had options of lattes, and cappuccinos, but they had no flavor options whatsoever for these or for the coffee. So if you ordered one of those it would just be plain black coffee latte. Like what in the world??

Decent spot! Didn't get a chance to try the restaurant but it looked good and was quite lovely on a Thursday July night. Very comfortable beds with great pillows. The shower ran out of hot water a bit quickly though. Location is really close to a Starbucks for some morning fuel. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would do it again. Good value too if you intend to head on into Aspen but don't want to spend Aspen-level money.

Beautiful brand new addition to Basalt area. Lobby was cozy and contemporary. Rooms were clean and with a rustic modern feel. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed right after they opened, it was a good value, convenient location to Willits town center.

I loved staying at The Hoffman. The staff was amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the proximity to the town of Basalt and other stores nearby. I'll be choosing this hotel in the future!

Had king room with mountain view. Room a bit on the small side, view had bit of mountain view, but a lot of road with traffic. Traffic is rather loud and continual. Property is nice and new. Weird fluctuation in water temp for shower that required constant adjustment. Staff was pleasant. Not sure if we'd stay there again.

This hotel is brand new, with very good accomodations and in a very nice location (halfway between Gleenwood Springs and Aspen). The room was very clean and with good ammenities. The air conditioning may be quite loud for some people, however it didn't compromise my sleep. One flaw is regarding the breakfast. It should have an buffet option instead of only full service with very limited options.

The view and rooms were beautiful.

This hotel was only open 2 1/2 months when we stayed. It's absolutely beautiful and the staff are so accommodating and friendly. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lake and the views are stunning! We'll definitely be back!

Brand new hotel in Basalt and they nailed it! Gorgeous lobby, large rooms, great amenities. Request the Mountain View so you’re not facing the freeway. You won’t hear any cars on the back side of the hotel.
