This is a 33 foot, Winnebago Minnie Winnie, Class C Motorhome. It sleeps 6-7 comfortably and is easy to operate. The Ford E-450 engine and chassis is easily maneuvered with a minimum of experience. Suitable for a couple or a family with small kids. There is lots of storage, and everything is very functional. The refrigerator has a surprising amount of room for fresh and frozen food. This RV is capable of boon-docking for more than a few days with a 45 gallon water tank, large holding tanks and a generator. Cookware, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, pots and pans will be provided at NO Charge . Also at NO Charge: 2 camp chairs, 1 outdoor tables, outdoor rug, bike rack (sorry, bikes not included). But for an extra fee bike can be rented. And now for some bad news. Smoking and/or Vaping is strictly prohibited. If the vehicle is returned with a smoke odor a cleaning fee will be charged of $500. We're serious. Smoke 'em if you got 'em, but not in this vehicle. We will make sure the RV has at least a 1/2 tank of gas, along with 2/3 clean water filled. The black and grey water tanks will be emptied prior to your departure. We ask that RV be returned with the same amount of gas it leaves in, or we will charged your card Costco 91 and our own service fee to refill it up. Also, black and grey tanks to be emptied prior to returning or you’ll be charged an extra $50 for me having to empty it. No off-roading! Paved roads only Prior to driving off, renters will get a quick orientation on how to use the RV to make your family memories memorable :)
