Orange juice, milk, cereal tea & coffee provided. Easy access in a quiet location. Nicely appointed kitchen and shower room. TV in the lounge with ample comfortable seating. About 2 miles away from the relatives we were visiting so reasonably handy although not really walking distance especially given the poor weather!

Nothing seriously wrong - a couple of minor points: Although the bedroom was spacious with plenty of hanging space it would have benefited from a table and chair. In fact power points and TV sockets were provided in the place where you would put it. Also there was a bedside light on one side of the bed only - both sides would be good. The kitchen lacked a decent dishcloth/J cloth or similar.
