Wanted to love this cute place but FROZE as a result of a ceiling unit that never got warm. Bathroom had no vent and it was 40 degrees outside. Also, no iron in the room was not typical and both parties needed one. Restaurant is outside and it was too cold to sit. Perhaps this motel is better in the summer. Also, loud music played at the restaurant until 10ish and I had asked for a quiet room.

I loved every minute of my stay! From the moment I walked in and was excitedly greeted by the front desk host, then the lovely and helpful server who delivered room service, and finally the warm and friendly clerk who checked me out in the morning.
The rooms are adorable, clean and comfortable. The pool is fun and relaxing. The whole property makes you feel relaxed and recharged after a long day of work or wine tasting.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at River Lodge. Our room was extremely comfortable. We loved having the option for room service and we enjoyed the bar/pool area however we think there could be some improvement on the drinks and service. The staff was friendly enough but we would have to wait quite a long time for drinks which were not that great. Definately enjoyed ourselves.

Great place, so cute! Spacious room, bunker walls so it's quiet, fireplace, huge bathroom, beautiful pool. Couldn't figure out how to make room warmer except to run fireplace. Nice bar and high-end restaurant at the pool. Free parking on site. The pizza is flavorless. Location is out of town....not walkable to bars.

The dog friendly rooms and beautiful pool deck with nearby bar is what makes this resort worth going back to. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and loved the many fire-pits that were accessible. See you soon!

This property is newly renovated to perfection. It was better than expected with each room like its your own little casita. We loved all the attention to detail and loved the pool. We spent time by the pool with plenty of shade available, read in the hammock and stared at the stars from the fire pit. Helpful staff and free parking. Easy quick drive to downtown Paso and wineries.

This place is amazing. The staff truly deliver an exceptional experience. The food and drinks at the restaurant are top notch. A stellar location to bring dogs as well. Grass right out front of your room. Super dog friendly. The rooms are immaculate and vibrant with plenty of space. We will be coming back for sure.

Everything was outstanding. A friendly greeting in the lobby and quick check in. The pool was great but you cannot have your favorite local wine at the pool. You can, however, have it opened at dinner for modest corking fee. Overall, Great!!

Super cute newly converted property. Spacious room, nice pool. Friendly reception staff. Let us check out a little late so I could take an important zoom meeting in the room.
A couple dings - never got the text with property info like wifi or pool access code. Pool had no towels around when we arrived late afternoon.
They gave us an upgrade at check in with a bigger outdoor space, that we didn't need or use (OK), which gave us a smaller bed and possibly loudest room given its proximity to the highway.

Booked one night on my way to Northern California. Very cute and modern hotel. The best AC I've had in a hotel (in the ceiling and super quiet). Overall the room was spacious, comfy, quiet and clean. I knocked one star off the cleanliness since one of the coffee mugs was a bit sticky. The pool was lovely and there's two types of loungers to choose from. I ordered a salad that wasn't worth the $15 but the zero proof cocktail was fantastic.

Wonderful hotel! If they keep their prices reasonable we will be back but I just looked for 6 months time and the same room is already $60 more than we paid! It’s brand new so everything was in great condition and they were working hard to service everyone well. Loved the pool area which has a bar and restaurant so no need to go anywhere if you don’t want to which is what we were looking for. Pool is over 21s only so it’s the perfect place for a couples getaway.

This is an amazing place to stay for a couples getaway. No kids allowed in the pool which was so nice. The rooms are gorgeous. The decor stunning. The pool area and restaurant are 5 stars. Great prices and delicious. Get the pizza and the shrimp! I would recommend a few minor improvements, but they just opened, so I’ll give them some time, but I would definitely stay again. In fact, I booked two more nights when I checked out, so I can come back soon.

I recently stayed at this brand new and beautiful property that exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was delicious, (especially if you like a variety of croissants) offering a good variety to start the day. We stayed in the classic room, which was extremely comfortable and well-appointed. One of the highlights was the charming front yard with a hammock, perfect for relaxing. Overall, a fantastic experience that I highly recommend.
