The location was convenient for my family to be able to get around and explore the Twin Cities. The space was also very clean. The host is extremely easy to contact (whether by phone or through messaging in the app) and they are quick to reply. Overall, would recommend staying here for a solo or couple's trip.

Parking- While there are plenty of spots for street parking, majority of them are for people who have a permit to park there. It was a bit challenging to find spots that are for visitors. We did take the risk one night to park in a permit-only spot and were lucky to not get any tickets. A few days later, we saw a number of cars getting ticketed as they did not have permits. Garage parking is only available for those who are staying for at least 30 days. For arrival and departure, it would be nice to have a little more instruction on what to do. For example, add more details on using a code at the entrance (we had to make multiple attempts as we didn't realize we had to hit a different button), and clear instructions on what is expected of guests when checking out (such as taking the trash out to where, where to put linen, etc.). This would help guests with being to do what is expected and not needing to constantly be contacting the host. Clarify that space is most ideal for 1-2 people. While a third person is possible, they would have to sleep on a couch (that is comfortable, but not ideal as a bed). When we were looking to book places, we put in the option for 3 people and somehow this listing came up. So, it is very possible that it is a tech error as well.
