This cottage is Comfortable, clean and fully stocked on a private street with a beautiful short walk to the beach. We were only 2 but house could easily sleep up to 8 guests. Large backyard with tranquil outdoor setting firepit and Barbeque. Host is very responsive welcoming and helpful. The nearby Main street has many restaurants and shops as well as Wine vineyards. Will definitely be booking again in future. We found a new love and that is Jamesport. Thank you Kelly!

Nice home good amenities. Location was perfect as it was about 1 mile from where my family was having a wedding. Walking distance to the beach was a plus although we did have weather for beach going. Comments made to the host were all well received. Would recommend.

It was reasonably clean but had an odor like someone had smoked in it. The 3rd bedroom was in the basement. It was clean but the stairs were steep and it should not have been considered a bedroom. I think that it was false advertising.

Clean home with character in a beautiful beachfront neighborhood. Large yard and full finished basement. Quiet area close to everything.

We had a lovely time at this cottage. Close to the wineries and lots of great restaurants. Great yard and patio to sit outside and relax.

We had a wonderful two week stay! The house is very comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need, lots of space to spread out, a lovely backyard, and the street it's on is beautiful. We spent a lot of time at the beach at the end of the road. It's almost completely private and is very peaceful. A great base for exploring the North Fork. Hope to come again.

This cute cottage just off the beautiful Peconic Bay in Jamesport was perfect for or family of 4. We could walk to the water to paddle board, enjoy the quaint restaurants and vineyards of the North Fork or relax by the fire in the yard - plus it’s leas than 30 minutes from the ocean or Greenport. Highly recommend this property and Kelly as a host!

We were very pleased with the Lockitt Cottage. It was cozy and very comfortable. I am originally from this area and was made to feel at home. Kelly was very accommodating!!

House is spacious and in very good condition. Down the block from nice small beach on the bay. Convenient location in Jamesport.

The property was in the perfect location close to the main road but quiet. The basement was a perfect place to chill, workout, or just be by yourself. Kelly was extremely responsive, my husband wanted to take an outdoor shower but couldn’t get it to work. I contacted Kelly and she immediately came over to help. We would recommend Kelly’s property

The house was exactly as it was described. It was clean and very roomy and comfortable. Close walk to the beach and many wineries was a plus for this house. Owners were extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely rent again. We loved it.

We loved staying at Lockitt Cottage. The home was cozy and beautifully furnished. Truly a home away from home. There was plenty of space for our family a group of 6. The owners have a very helpful book with all the necessary information about their home and with many great suggestions for dining options and local activities. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and it's an easy short walk to a private beach. We would definitely consider staying at Lockitt Cottage again in the furure!

A wonderful house that easily accomodated our family. With three little grandchildren we appreciated the large backyard and spacious family room downstairs. The locataion near the water but also easy access to all the wedding events we had to attend made the house ideal. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions prior to arrival. I only gave 3 stars to the communication with the property manager because we NEVER needed to communicate. Everything was just as expected. Very grateful for a lovely place to stay.

This cottage is surprisingly spacious and very well located. Close to town, wineries, breweries, and walking distance to the bay. While the private beach is pretty small, you can walk a few minutes to the larger beach. The house is well-stocked and had everything we needed.

A group of seven of us loved this house for our long weekend on the North Fork. Everything about our stay went smoothly and we enjoyed the spacious back yard!

Lockitt Cottage was a very comfortable and cozy place to spend a week with our family. With our adult kids, we visited wineries and neighboring North Fork towns. We had dinner or lunch out a few times and cooked breakfast and sometimes dinner at the cottage. Loved having bay access at the end of the block to relax on the beach chairs and read. The cottage is close to Main Street so everything is easily accessible. Everything is in good working order and the cottage is perfectly well stocked. It was a lovely place to stay.

Stayed with my family for a couple days. The house is meticulously clean (I’m super picky) It was decorated beautifully, very cozy and spacious! Beautiful neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. Wineries are 5 minutes away and great local restaurants. Highly recommend Lucharitos, if you like Mexican it’s amazing! The hosts, Kelly and Tracey were very easy to deal with and left us 2 bottles of local wine to enjoy during our stay! 5 stars ⭐️
