I have stayed here a few times. The hotel is clean, updates rooms, customer service is great and what i love about it is they have a restaurant and bar on site so theres no need to leave if you want a nice relaxing evening staying in.

This is a beautiful motel. My bed was a bit uncomfortable. I was on the 1st floor by the elevator, so it was a little loud. I believe someone was vacuuming the hallways around 3a.m.

Stay was alright, I paid extra for a river view and all I got was some stupid grass outside, couldn’t see the weather at all. Bathroom door handle had a nasty amount of sticky residue on it, there was dirt/dust all over in the room giving my wife somewhat of the ick and she typically is never bothered by that stuff, hot tub was full of bugs (the bees were the worst) looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, bathroom light was dingy and the cover was busted but the mirror light worked well, ice bowl had dirt all in the sides of it.
Overall a lack of cleaning was the biggest issue that hindered us from enjoying our stay as much as we should have.

Hotel did provide a king bed, as reserved. Reading light over the main chair did not work. One of the two queen beds was wobbly. Bathroom faucet would not turn off. Air conditioner was noisy. Several maintenance issues detracted from the stay.

Our room was not very clean and it stunk. With check in we were not welcomed nicely, there was no information given to us about where anything at the hotel was located or what time and where breakfast is served. When we went to the pool we asked if there were towels located at the pool area or if we need to bring one from the room and we were told there are towels down there. When we got there their were no towels anywhere.

The hotel was nice, some rude staff at front desk. But sadly there’s an awful smell coming from the building in front the river.

Staff -INCREDIBLE!! They did not have our wine, so they went to another location and found it!
Beds - little hard, king
Room - beautiful, I heard road noise all night. However, it was so nice the doors didn’t slam like other hotels. the room was clean.
Food - Good, depending on what you order. Steak, meatloaf, garlic mashed, beef crostini, delicious! Cesar salad little lack luster. Reuben & spinach dip not great.
Bar- Bartender in training was delightful. Regular bartender made perfect and esthetically pleasing drinks.
Toilet paper was terrible, very thin.

We got a room with no working sink, or the riverview I booked (I got a great view of the stoplight). I couldn't be moved to a different room because they were booked so I was given a $10 voucher for a restaurant that had overpriced food and no service. Also, there was still hair in the shower. I prepaid almost 300 dollars for a room worth 100 at best.
I didn't see any happy guests everyone I saw was upset about something with the hotel. Should have listened to the poor reviews how they have 4 stars is beyond me.
Save your money and stay anywhere but here.

Surprised at how quiet and enjoyable the property was. Room clean and spacious. Food options on site likely best in town. Love the pool and fact that we could enjoy drinks there. Also enjoyed the dinner on the patio after. Had our dog with us that could run in the grass in between our pool and patio time. Will be back!
