Great location with view of river.
Our first room had an adjoining door to another room and the sound proofing was not good. We Cld hear everything and it was quite late at night when we arrived, exhausted. The host moved us to a room with no adjoining door which happened to be one with a river view too. I appreciated their response to the issue.

Read reviews that said they were remodeling. We stayed in a room that was comfortable and had a great view of marina 33 and the river. Staff was exceptional and friendly. Continental breakfast was lack luster as they want you to buy off the menu. No juice, fresh waffles or eggs or protein unless you warm up a pre made breakfast sandwich in the microwave. Will stay again. Hoping after the remodel, the Continental breakfast will be better.

We've stayed here several times and have been very happy so this was a let down.
First no one was there to check us & another patron in. We had to call the office several times to get someone to the desk.
I had specifically called the hotel before making the reservation to make sure i could get the balcony as the listing was vague- they said it would be. Nope. We had a wonderful view of the hedge. It's petty, but the river is why we stayed there.
Our door didn't shut correctly, we had to double pull to make sure it shut every time.
No booklet with hotel or tv info which we found odd.
The bathroom door liked like a cheese grater was used to "trim" the edge.
Being that we were putb in building b using the pool would of been a bit of a jaunt as well.
There was no one at the receptionist desk when we left either.
It was just an overall disappointment. Ifv we ever stay again we will be adamant about room placement.

Staff are wonderful in every area, really amazing. Very helpful and pleasant. Bar and music a nice touch. Great views and nice place to stroll. Fan in bathroom wasn't working only minor glitch.

I have been coming to this property since 2015. I will not be back. No indication that the restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday. In one on property building it's still referred to as Mallards? Is that 4 or 5 years ago? Please correct me. The food and atmosphere in my opinion has gone a different direction than what it was. I understand change happens, but not putting actual bacon on a BLT!!! I know, petty, but it is little things like that are noticed. You used to serve BNSF, not sure if you still do? Talk to your customers and guests to get a feel for what they want. The price we pay to stay there we deserve that much.

We loved this place! Beautiful green grass, fruit trees, private beach, beautiful river view! Nice pool, bar, restaurant, staff was helpful & friendly. Convenient location, rooms were nice & big. We do recommend this place!

We did not like: Lack of a restaurant, lack of coffee maker in room, room windows did not open, elevator smell, 1st floor has odor, many outside entrances were not available.

They have a Tesla 240V charger at the edge of the parking lot for guests. it's not a Supercharger but rather the home 240V unit and is free for guests. The interior is dated, and the exterior has peeling paint, so the property needs some attention. We got a room facing the river, and the balcony was not big enough for even one chair. You can stand on it - big enough for one person to stand. I don't think I'd pay extra for the river view again, since you can just walk down to the river.

I paid for 3 rooms so the block on my card was over $3000 which stayed on my credit card 2 days after check out.

Family stayed for three days. Loved it. Private beach was nice. Though they said food trucks show up every morning for breakfast between 7 - 9. Never seen one there. Everyone crowded the keirig machine. Count on Denny’s 5 minutes away!

I was treated horribly by staff. Questioned if i was a guest everyday. Maid did a horrible job cleaning and one day didnt even stop by. I had to ask for fresh towels. I had a horrible experience will not be coming back.

Older hotel, apparently the new owners updating it. Could be cleaner, although much of this is simply age-like the carpet, time to replace (five years probably overdue) marina and beach area absolutely incredible, location of hotel incredible (quiet & safe neighborhood ) continental breakfast was ok, they had issues keeping up with getting items stocked. Again, apparently restaurant going through renovations so this is offered to guests instead. Would probably stay here again, it’s old, reasonably priced for the area and location is great, however, their comes a point when stuff is just old and needs replacing / can’t clean forever.
