What a wonderful place to stay. Good price, amazing service, spacious and clean room. Not too mention the pools which were fantastic. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Palm Springs to stay there.

I was not pleased for a one night stay the hotel charged a $150 incendential charge. Very strange vibes and weird funky smell throughout the lobby and room. George brought me fresh sheets as there was black strands of hair throughtout the sheets and pillow. This threw me off the bed was super uncomfortable and the people next to me stayed up passed 3am making noise and pacing outside. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! George was the only difference that made my stay ok! Make him manager I'm sure he can make great positive changes for this establishment.

Lynda at the counter is exceptional! Great customer service and friendly. However my room seemed like the only room that did not have shutters. Had a very cheap curtain. That is my only complaint

This place is awesome great customer service and we had one issue with the TV but the maintenance guy named Jose took care of it so quick and also got us a microwave for our room upon request very friendly and helpful I would definitely stay here again and this time I would bring my family

It's a nice ans small hotel, room is great love the hardwood floors, however the noise of the A/C and small refrigerator was terrible I couldn't sleep the entire time and I couldn't turned off the A/C as it's way too hot. other than that it was a good get away.

I didn’t know what to expect reading the reviews after booking a night stay but it was a real nice stay. They said 150$ for security deposit but only charged like 67.86 and it was dropped right after we checked out, it was random but not complaining. The room was nice it was like a glorified motel but me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay here for our anniversary.

Check-in was easy. The pool/lounge chairs were a little dirty but plenty of other nearby pools that offer day passes so not a big deal. Room was clean, beds were hard but decent accommodations at a great price.

This place was very stuffy, the photos hide a lot. Our door lock didn’t work, I reported it and they just said thank you. I don’t like the make a big fuss so I let it go. The beds were horribly uncomfortable, and there was a roach under our bed when we were packing up. I would never stay here again.
