Tony at the front desk was excellent ! This is our second time staying here, I have to say the first time we stayed here it was not my favorite but this time I really liked it, I think The first time we stayed here the staff upfront wasn’t the most upbeat and our room wasn’t so clean but this time the person upfront Antonio was so friendly and bubbly and the room was very clean so glad I gave them another try.

Convenient to the freeway and 12 minutes from Disneyland and not paying the prices of hotels closer to Disneyland.

Charging 11 dollars to park per car is absurd, it should be included in the cost of the stay. It was 10:50ish and I was getting out of the shower when I heard a knock on the door from room service. I loudly yelled that it was occupied and despite the top lock being used and me pushing against the door the cleaning lady proceeded to push the door open, I slammed the door shut and she apologized in Spanish but that’s unacceptable.

Failed to provide information about elevators not working. According to staff elevators hadn’t been working for the past month. It felt unsafe with so many guests, stairways close and only option was the one elevator for numerous floors.

Elevators need to be updated as long as the tub in the bathroom looked so dirty.
The a/c unit vents also had what looks like mold on them. Overall need to be cleaned better.

Its an average hotel. Has a decent bar and restaurant. The only thing was the elevators where out of service. You either had to do the stairs or walk to a pool/service elevator.
