very duty and lots of questionable behavior from quests

I went to the first room and couldn’t lock the door. Got another room and the lock barely connected. I ended up barricading the door because I was so tired.

I paid for my room through hotels.com and the hotel charged me again. He couldn’t find my reservation (even after I showed him my confirmation. He acted like he found it but he apparently just gave me a room like I walked in. There seem to be a lot of people living at the hotel. Cleaning staff were super nice, lobby staff couldn't be more rude.

We had three seperate families stay here overnight on our trip south. The rooms were awful. I was shown four rooms because the very first room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, mold and mildew. We had to settle for the best of the worse! Mold and mildew smell throughout. Not sure which rooms they used for the photos but nothing i saw came close. The carpet had that sticky dirty feel. I wore flip flops the entire time. Slept on top of the sheets. The beautiful cabintry shown in the suite photos... old gray painted cabinets that were wet at one point with lots of paint applied. Appliances were old and disgusting. My sister in-laws room, the tv wouldnt work. The maintenance man who barely spoke english, opened the room adjacent and said just use this room too. Not too mention, looked like longterm tenants spending lots of time there. Drinking beer early in the morning working on cars. Not at all what i expected. I should've read the reviews! Lesson learned!

The room was clean but the only lounge chair was in terrible condition with dirty stains and the seat was sagged and seemed broken. The breakfast was much less than similar moderately priced motels. The pool was under construction. It looked like it may never be back in repair. The double lock on our door would not latch. All in all, I would NOT recommend.

The rooms were very clean and neat. I had no problem staying at your hotel and would like to use it again. My problem was we’re tired and traveling from New Jersey for a funeral. Saturday night when we return to the rooms we took showers and went to bed. We were waken up with kids upstairs in the rooms above us running and jumping playing at 1:00 in the morning above us. My suggestion is when people are getting rooms with a lot of kids please put them on the bottom floor and not above over people head’s with no kids. Next time I will ask to be moved or give me my money back so I can go somewhere else to rest. Thank you.

We were only in the room 1 min and knew there was no way we would stay! First, just driving up and seeing the buildings and the pool that looked like a demo zone, we knew it was not going to be good. We went in the room just to see and it was as bad as we thought. The bathroom shower/tub was disgusting, some of the furniture looked as though it had been beaten up. The doors would not shut and some of the wood was sticking and peeling up...it was just all bad! Nothing like the photos on website and what we thought we were getting! Also when we went to say we could not stay there (maybe 15 mins total) they had already charged the entire stay on our card. Sorry to say, it was horrible!

You could hear people arguing through the walls and slamming doors, must be a long term stay for homeless people. People hanging outside. Light coming from outside through the crack of the door. I will not stay again. One night was enough

Queen bed and King bed as shown Biggest problem is that our room wrecked of smoke (from cigarettes). There is a “No Smoking Sign” on the main dresser drawer, but I don’t think folks were following it! Housekeeping, lackluster which is ok, we did our own thing. Housekeeping staff did give us towels as requested. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful, my mom kept de-magnetizing our key and had to go back to front desk for new keys, and front desk staff was so kind.

Did not have enough towels for the number of people staying in the room. No one was at the front desk when we went to ask for additional towels. Room in need of updating, especially in the bathroom. Barely any food at breakfast time. Pool was covered and not accessible.
