Room smelled like cigarette 🚬 smoke. It was'nt a real strong odor but I noticed it. I spoke to the front desk agent (about it). Housekeeping was notified. I did not know i could open the window (in the room). The window being open helped.

Was quiet, clean; perfect!

a quiet location and a quiet hotel

The staff was nice and the hot tub was great! We unfortunately were woken up at 9am by kids jumping up and down and stomping above us! Then we had a maintenance guy check if there was a leak right after that.. not very relaxing. Plus it was my birthday. Would appreciate a partial refund!

Excellent hotel, very clean, modern, comfortable bed, quiet, nice view. Free parking, shopping center across from the hotel, convenient location to highways. Friendly and helpful staff.

We are not happy in our stay. We booked for a king size bed and we were given a double queen bed. Oh by the way we were given a king bed bedroom with no windows looking outside and there room is next to the elevator. It feels like a cave! My husband and I feel like we are treated unfairly because our booking was made through 3rd party and not through the hotel directly. On top of that we were given a wrong key and we have to walk back to the reception without given an apology it’s like it’s our mistake that our key was not working. I am not coming back to this hotel again. I hope Hotels.com will work out with good system and process with the hotels you servicing that guest will be treated fairly and the same as the guest that book directly to the hotel.

It’s an elegant hotel with spacious, modern and clean rooms. The fitness facilities are excellent. The service in the Atrium was excellent. Our only issue was with the reception staff. At check-in they were not very welcoming and when my Canadian VISA card (which I had used to prepay the room online) wasn’t accepted by their machine for the incidental fees deposit, they got a bit frustrated with their equipment and the process was a bit annoying. In the morning we called reception to find out when the pool opened. They told us 8 am but when we went down for a quick swim before checking out and getting on the road it turned out that the pool only opens at 9 am on weekends.

The stay was fabulous! I had a long room on the first floor. The room was quiet, the bed comfy, and clean. Would definitely stay again!

People out in the swimming pool were making loud noises. The sink faucet and shower were still dripping after turning off.
