This property is in need of a makeover. The couches and furniture in general are outdated and beat up. Carets are so dirty they turned my socks black. Hallways were so hot. Food needs work as well. For the cost it’s just not worth it. A very expensive area and a hotel that is in that poor condition is sad. It just needs some love. The staff were amazing though. There was an ant issue in our room, so that wasn’t very great either. I did let management know though so hopefully that gets handled fast.

We had a very disappointing experience during our recent stay. Upon entering the room, we were met with a horrible smell, and it was clear the room had not been cleaned properly. Since we arrived late, there were no more rooms available for us to switch, nor could we find a new hotel at that hour. Additionally, the hotel only had one elevator, and it took over 10 minutes each time we needed to use it. For the price they are charging, the quality is completely unacceptable – it felt more like a stay at a Motel 8. We expected much better and were extremely dissatisfied.

The front desk check in felt rushed. I am used to a great greeting, a review of amenities and logistics. Like wifi info, breakfast and Dinner options. Bar and pool location and times of operation. On down side Desk lamp did not work, as well as one of the elevators. There was no vent in rest room so room was super steamy and humid. We declined room service at 9am because we wanted to sleep in, after all it was a relaxing weekend. Other hotels have offer to replenish coffee, throw trash and provide towels at our conviniance. Here I asked for towels from front desk, because my daughter and I have long hair and there where only 2 bath towels in room, yet we were question twice about our request. The nice man cleaning rooms in our hall, was nice and provided us with coffee packs for Sunday . The dine in room service was speedy but like my daughter said “ it only takes 5 min to throw in microwave !” Food was not worth the price. Location is beautiful but honestly we expected more from this hotel experience .

I like it to much

I recently stayed at Sheraton and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room was not working, and the room was not clean upon arrival. However, the front desk staff, particularly Tom, were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. Tom went above and beyond to try and resolve the issues, and his excellent customer service skills made a big difference. Thank you, Tom! While the hotel itself needs improvement, Tom's hospitality was a redeeming factor.

Friend was getting married near by and we have family in Agoura. Great customer service and friendliness by the staff. Some pieces of furniture ans decor a bit dated but over all feel is worth the price. Very laid back vibe in a good way!

Elevators were not working we had to use employee elevator n it was a mess bk thir

Everything was EXCELLENT! Pool area, bar & service -Superb!!

My only issue is with how Wi-Fi is handled - force you to sign up for club or suffer slow internet

The staff were very polite and helpful. Once we got in our room we noticed it didn’t smell very good. It felt like the room had this lingering smell of B.O. it went away for a bit after I opened the balcony door and had the AC running full blast. There were dirt stains on some of the curtains and the floor had stains as well. It felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned. The staff were very great

We got this hotel just for one but I thought all these hotels are good but this one is not. The room smells like if it was closed for long time, the carpet not clean. The bed was good with clean sheets .
