i stayed at this “hotel” in baffalo for the weekend to watch a bills game. They charged $700 Canadian dollars which is completely over priced and way to high. When you send that money you expect a top tier experience and room. This place is a Motel and was very bland and basic. for anyone looking to stay here for similar weekend i recommend looking elsewhere as the cost is far from what you would expect for it. Its a nice motel and should be valued around half the price.

Staff could be friendlier. Rooms appear to be recently renovated and very clean. Another chair would be nice as there is only a desk chair available to sit other than the beds. The light switch for the bathroom should be in the bathroom as it’s disturbing to others in the room when 1 person has to turn it on in the middle of the night.

Very good nice clean hotel including room

It was a very good stay. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The room was in good condition (although a bit noisy due to proximity to the airport). Breakfast was very good.

Good hotel. Staff I interacted with were excellent. Breakfast was better than average. The rooms are clean and spacious but the walls are just a shade thicker than a piece of paper.

I liked it. Hotel was good comfortable and just 25 mins drive towards Niagara fall.

Bed sheets had stains on them and hallways smelled like weed. But the man taking care of the breakfast area was very diligent and very friendly. He was the best part of the stay.

First off we couldn't find the place because the sign was out and blocked by trees these trees also blocked the sign on the building. The room was ok but there was no couch or chairs to relax in even though there was a place for some and in the pictures online. The sheer curtain was torn and the black out curtain was broken and was geld closed with a paperclip. It also had dirt on it. The floor had a very noticeable slant in it by the dresser. You could easily feel it while walking over it. The shower, though it looked new, leaked all over the floor and required a towel to keep it in check. The water didn't get very hot. Outside the window was a lot of garbage and a broken down tent probably from a homeless person. I would not recommend this hotel. I have photos but it won't let me upload them.

This is a very bad experience. We arrived at Bufaro Airport and called the hotel to ask for a shuttle pick us up at the hotel, but the hotel shuttle took a long time to arrive. What's more ridiculous is that when we went to the airport the next day, the shuttle driver actually drove away before we unloaded our luggage from the car and the back door was closed. Knowing that we shouted at the driver, he stopped the shuttle.

What you would expect, not great, not awful. Staff could have been a bit friendlier. Never got a soap refill for the entire four nights, good thing I bring my own.
