Easy in/out form bigger trip to Olympic National Park.

Good location, but the hot tub was still not running.

Carpets are quite dirty. Pipes started a high pitched screaming at 5:30 am and a knocking sound from pipes as well. Breakfast was the highlight. A beautiful spread of breakfast food and breakfast staff was delightfully cheerful and friendly. Free breakfast.

I want to first start off by giving credit to the front desk girl. Shes the front office manager I believe, as she gave me a card to send her photos of the room, so she could forward it to house keeping. She was very sweet, very nice upon checking in 10/10 & refunded me with no questions asked. However, aside from her great customer service, i couldnt even stay the night. First thing i noticed was how absolutely filthy stained the carpets are in the halls, walking to the room. Secondly, there was a clump of hair in the shower drain, and hair on the tub & shower wall. The shower was wet upon me checking in close to 7 pm. There was a thick consistensy of some kind splattered on the shower wall. When i went to use the bathroom, there was what appeared to be period blood on the toilet seat. I was mortified, but wiped it off as I couldnt run to find my phone snap a pic then clean it and go. The bedding was not at all tucked in like in the photos on the website. It was very wrinkly abd the pillows were just tossed on there. I noticed this because it made me think 'this bed looks like someone half assed made it, layed on top of the covers and pillows for a while then got up and left it. There were things all over the carpet. Stickers, clothing tags, crumbs. It was clear the room hadnt been vaccuumed. Going back to the toilet, it had brown stains inside the bowl. The jets were covered in black mildew and theres black mold spots all over the wall. I left and will NOT return again!

The hotel staff were so nice and helpful. I had a great experience at this hotel and having a water view from my room didn't hurt. I'm looking forward to coming back and did I mention everyday at 5PM they offer fresh baked Otis Spunkmeyer cookies. Such a nice treat to end my day.

Hotel was amazing! When I booed however, I requested and paid for an ocean view room, which was not received. The partial ocean view was nice just not what we were expecting.

Needs an update badly especially in the hallway.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, Juan and Emma did a fantastic job! The food diversity and qualtity were awesome! The front desk staff were super friendly too!

It’s a bit mixed about this hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Overall pretty clean all around. A very nice next to the water location. There is a walking trail right outside of hotel with water view. On the other hand, the hotel is a bit dated. Even arriving at 4pm which is their starting check-in time, my room wasn’t ready until 30 mins later. Not a big deal for me as I was not in a hurry.

Due to a water geyser right next to our door our area flooded. We had to change rooms. After changing rooms we leave immediately to go to the mall we came back to an infestation of ants. I called the front desk to tell them. They sent some one to our room they asked us to leave while they exterminate which of course was an inconvenience. We came back to relax. Upon waking up early in the morning we had ants all over us, in our hair in the beds all over our belongings just everywhere. We had to shake off our things pack up and leave. Staff was very apologetic and kind, however our trip was completely ruined.

Excellent views and rooms, our original room had ants on it but the staff quickly gave us a new room.

This motel could not take our reservations. They canceled it and you charged me for it…..

Very run down. Bar/restaurant closes very early even on weekends.

I drove with friends and the guy at checkin asked me five times if I had a car. I kept telling him I didn’t and he looked at my accusingly. I explained I drove with friends and they already checked in and had a parking pass. Then when he heard me tell my friends husband she was outside seeing where he parked he got biligerent and told me I need a pass for “my car.” The room was clean but the carpets were really dirty. It is definitely not worth $2(0 a night for the view of the parking lot.

Great amenities, great room, and great wine.

It was a challenge to figure out what the best waterview option was when choosing a room. Our partial waterview was off the bay, so only Waterview later in the day. The hotel is working on the necessary renovations to bring it back to its potential. Breakfast was great and there are many dining options close by.

We asked for above ground level for safety and security and got ground level facing parking lot. Halway to room very dirty and smelled like dog. We asked for pet free room. Not sure it was as it had a smell to it and tone of febreeze. Dogs barking around first night. Booked because of pool and jacuzzi which did not work and were shut down and this was not disclosed anywhere. Bathroom was not very clean.
