Stayed one night in Poland, OH. Stay in the hotel was fine. We’ve overnighted many times in Fairfield Inns and would book this hotel again if we returned to this area.

We were there briefly as we drove across the country. They accommodated our need to leave early and provided a few breakfast items for the road. Very clean, quiet and safe. Well lit parking area too.

Unfortunately when checking in, the desk attendant gave us a key to an already occupied room. The desk clerk corrected this, but all weekend, I was concerned she would do the same to us.

Hotel was clean however there were countless fees after I had paid that I was not expecting. I understand accidental fees but when you have to pay to park in a hotel that you already paid for is beyond me. I didn’t have my car parked for me at all. Majority of the staff did not care as much as I previously have had in hotels and they were not aware of why the computer kept having fees come up even though they claimed it’s happened before. They have a great selection of breakfast and the lady who worked overnight and helped prepare the breakfast was nice. However when you pay for multiple fees I should’ve just gotten a better hotel. I was never asked how my stay was either and was checked out fast to get me out of the door and was given an attitude trying to explain my visit nicely. I won’t be back with how I was treated.

Great hotel except we were put in room right next the elevator. All night long it kept making noise anytime anyone used it and shook the room. Only slept a few hours because of that.
