This is an old run down hotel. It seemed dirty and old. Only stayed there for the closeness to the airport and the shuttle. But the shuttle only runs at the top of every hour, so that was useless.

Excellent stay, friendly staff. Good breakfast options, and free shuttle to and from the airport.
Also, there is a laundry room and dryer, making cleaning clothes eaay, for like 3 dollars with card payment. You can purchase laundry liquid from the reception.
Parking rental car is straight forward, oversupply of car parking space and its safe. I will stay at this hotel again when visiting Miami again in the future

We did not have an airport shuttle available from the airport even though there was supposed to be one. Had to take Uber.
The hotel was quick to acknowledge and refund it towards payment of the room. That is really good customer service.

Rooms need upgrade , bathroom ceiling about to fall apart, only two towels , 1 wash clothe, 1 hand towel, no vanity soap . Toilet need to be replaced .

Do not stay here. Hotel is full of roaches. Chaged room and still rosches. In lobby, room, etc. Then was told that we would not be compensated.

Hotel not to recommend. The reception lied and shared that hotels.cm expedia cancelled the reservation (hotel was prepaid) and a room had to be repaid at a very high price.
Once back fortunately by filling complains the hotel reimbursed the price paid.

We chose this Hotel because the offer shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We waited one hour and 40 minutes. Finally took a Uber to the hotel. At the hotel the cleck told us that the shuttle start at 5 am and finished at 22.30. We arrived at midnight. Even the nights shift cleck and the morning cleck didn't care about our problem. All nights we heard doors closed. We won't go back to this Hotel and we don't recommend

Nothing being done about the pot smoking in the rooms could smell it down the halls so it’s ok to do pot in the rooms but I have to go outside in the rain to have a smoke really not very fair do you think

I stayed here for six days I was quite impressed with the peace and quite. At first I did not like that there is nothing to do close by then I discovered that the metro station was close by (well fairly close by😊). I was able to take the bus or metro train and go exploring (I'm a budget traveller). There is also a busstop close by ñ, you can wait for a bus there to go to Miami Beach. All in all I enjoyed my stay.
There are taxis available which is another transport option.
