We were there for one night after a long night of travel and to break up our trip we stopped here to get some sleep. We were woken up by the fire alarm going off at 5am with no explanation as to why. We never saw any hotel personnel to explain what was happening. We knew we wouldn't get back to sleep so we left to continue our journey.

On the plus side, the staff were super good. Pool and jacuzzi were great! Breakfast was good. But both the bed and sofa were terrible. So many of these elite chains don’t know how to put a comfortable chair or sofa in a room. And the bed is so high off the floor that you need a ladder to get in it! Won’t stay here again for this reason.

Very loud! Could hear conversations everywhere. There was a party right next door and had to call the front desk multiple times. No complimentary coffee or breakfast. Not recommended for the price or if you want a good nights sleep.

If you’re flying into Cleveland and looking for an exceptional place to stay I highly recommend this Marriott. Many restaurants and shopping options in walking distance.

We traveled with 2 adults and 2 kids they put us in a room next to a conference room where flight attendant hang out and right near the lobby so it was quite loud. We got in trouble for sitting in an empty room that was open and the staff was constantly complaining about the people in room (our room). Our air conditioner was making the most god awful noise and we didn’t sleep the whole night. However, most of the staff was very kind and very patient. We were a part of a wedding and as whole they let us hang on the lobby and celebrate. So long story short… stay away from empty conference rooms and room 139 and you’ll be ok.
