Our family and I always enjoy our stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located and immaculately clean. The daily breakfast is delicious and abundant. The staff is very hospitable. And Alexander is the best!

The room was very clean, Linens were changed daily. The breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly. Front desk staff were very awesome. I would recommend to anyone.

This whole experience was a nightmare. I called in the morning to confirm my reservation and inquire about a possible early check in. I was told there should be a room available by 1pm. I arrived, family in toe, to be informed that nothing was ready. I told them we'd wait by the pool, to please let us know when something became available. Which the front desk clerk agreed to do. I came back to check twice. The second time leaving my cell phone number with the clerk, both times turned away. At 3pm I returned to the desk with my family, finally allowed to begin the paperwork. Now why on earth would they lead me to believe I was able to unpack early if they had no intention in doing so. Why not just tell me "no" the first go round? THEN, during check in (at least 4 interactions later) they tell me that the room I already paid for in advanced, with a no refund policy, required an additional deposit of $150. You can imagine my dismay. Considering thats more than I paid for the night's stay, the website said it included all fees, and they've had several direct contact opportunities to inform me of this. I didn't go to Miami to vacation or sightsee or party. I went to visit my mother, just out of tripple bypass surgery. I was on a strict budget n timeline. I couldn't wait 6-10 business days to get my money back for gas on the way home. It created a Real problem for me. As if that fiasco wasnt enough, we spend the night sweating because the AC was frozen n loud.

Location is very convenient, just 15 minutes from MIA and very close to Turnpike. Property is surrounded by supermarkets, fast foods, gas station, etc. Staff is very polite and helpful, specially Dafne @ the front desk. Just a couple of observations: please take a look at dripping faucets and when possible, deep clean rooms (check under furniture, airconditioner vents and bathrooms). Overall experience was excellent and for a short stay, definitely recommend.

The rugs in the room were very old and stained. The faucet leaked.

Everything was good about this hotel. The only problem we had was that the ac didn’t work properly in our room. No matter what we set it to do it felt hot.

The front desk associate provided you with a key without verifying your identification, which is a security concern. There was no apology offered, and I spent 20 minutes waiting as the system was down, with only one agent at the front desk and a long line of guests checking in. Having served as a front desk manager for 26 years, I understand that when a hotel experiences technical difficulties, it is essential to inform customers about the reasons for the delays in the check-in process.
