This place is a little dated and rates 4* for me. Too many repeat errors in the housekeeping dept. Still it's a nice hotel. With great staff. Won't be aiming for near Paceville next time.

Unfortunately booked 2 deluxe sea view rooms one was great but the second over looked the carpark and 2 tall trees which obstructed the sea view Our friends were so disappointed as where we Reported it to the desk but as only there 2 nights our friends could not be bothered to repack and move.

Room not ready by 3pm. Rubbish. Concierge wouldn’t pick up the phone for luggage when leaving. Bought down 5 bags myself. Rubbish. Bought lunch when room wasn’t ready. My wife asked for ice 3 times for her drink before it was finally bought. I paid €50 cash for a €28.50 bill. Waited 10 minutes for waiter to come with change. Eventually went myself. The staffing and service focus on this hotel does even cut the mustard for 3-star.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Family room good size for 5 of us with separate bedrooms. Would recommended.

An absolute gem of a resort in Malta. Everything about this resort and our stay was absolutely perfect. The rooms were very spacious and the staff were excellent. I would like to give special thanks to Lama who kindly gave us an upgrade as we were celebrating our anniversary and Josef who provided us with all the information required during our stay and going around throughout our stay. Dining options were plenty and also very close to shops, bars and amenities. A special mention to all the housekeeping staff who kept our room spotless during our stay. Last but not the least was an amazing breakfast and the variety of options they served. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort.

As many say great hotel, just please drop a small nuclear bomb on pace ville next door and it's perfect.

I like to stay at Westin Hotels when I travel because I can rely on their standard across the board. This Westin was no different, with that being said due to the fact this hotel sits beside the sea it means for some mildew smells and LOTS of humidity in the rooms. But the towels and lines never had a smell. The food we had at the restaurants was always perfectly fine and the service was excellent. Very family friendly hotel. Lovely views from every single point and overall a perfect holiday. Would stay here again if I got the chance!

When we arrived, we were initially disappointed because we had booked a sea view room but were given a garden view room instead. We arrived at 3 AM, which made the situation less pleasant. However, the following day, we were offered a different room, but we declined as we had already settled in. Despite this initial misunderstanding, our stay turned out to be excellent. The staff members were incredibly kind and attentive. The sun beds were outstanding, providing an unforgettable view. The kindness of the staff was a significant asset to the hotel. Special thanks to Sunny for ensuring we had a great experience. We will definitely be coming back.

Great family hotel!

Terrible hotel yes it's nice but the room was not suitable for 4 persons. Was charged an additional £1000 for a deposit which we were not told about. The hotel lacks any warmth, friendliness it's very corporate. Avoid room with sofa bed unless one person as very small. Our mattress was broken so they gave us 2 roll out beds which took all the living space up including a table pushed up against the fridge so we couldn't open it. I confirmed no less than 5 times with reservations I wanted a high floor and once we arrived and they took our money they put us on level 2. Staff were professional yet lacked any empathy. I really wouldn't recommend this hotel if you want a friendly environment as you are just a number that they have to smile to in order to maximise their revenue. We checked out after 2 days into our 14 day trip. Micheal the deputy manager was very good he was the only friendly one there. I would never return there and I wouldn't recommend the hotel. It's clean has lovely pools but I feel they are too big to really give personal customer care they have lost that personal touch or they may have never had it. Any reply they give could have been resolved whilst we were they but it wasn't hence why we checked out 12 days early.

Great place on property. Surrounding area is much more touristy and night life driven compared to the rest of Malta

We loved our stay at the Westin. The hotel is elegantly done. It is immaculately clean and all hotel staff are friendly. We had bed and breakfast. There’s a large choice of food for breakfast and drinks. We had a room with a plunge pool, it was brilliant, the kids loved it and spent most of their time in it. There were plenty of sun loungers still free though if we did go to the main pools or to the lido. Drinks were reasonable and a large choice. Lunch in the pool restaurant was very good. We also ate at the buffet, the Italian and the other restaurant in the lobby that goes out onto the terrace. Three of us had the salmon here , it was expensive and quite tasteless. That was our only complaint, although we didn’t complain! Everywhere else was amazing though and we really enjoyed our stay, we would definitely recommend and return.

The staff were exceptionally kind. We had a large party with lots of children and they were always accommodating. The pool was warm. There was a salt water option. The food was wonderful.
