Last minute booking. Got requested king room. Nice Welcome bag with SmartWater and snacks. Breakfast had many options from a burrito to bisquits and gravy - pastries, breads, yogurt, fruit, cereals. Enough variety if you stay a couple days.

The hotel only provides the bottled water once no matter how long your stay is. Staff are nice.

The purpose for our visits was due to a extended hospital stay. The property is super easy on/off to the highway. It's very close to multiple hospitals and if traffic is good only 20 min from Oakland airport. There are many restaurants close by. The hotel is very clean, if a little tired. I stayed in multiple rooms, some were better appointed than others. The pillows in all three rooms I stayed in were not the greatest, but I bring my own anyway. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, carpeting everywhere not so much. The furniture had seen better days long ago and the elevator has a whole cacophony of noises it likes to make. The cleaning staff, maintenance staff and breakfast staff were all super friendly. The front desk staff was a different story...I didn't get a welcoming vibe from most of them. It was as if they were doing a job and that was it. The price was happily affordable. Lately, I've had to stay in hotels that were ridiculously expensive. This hotel is isn't cheap, but it is doable. Especially if you have to do an extended stay.
Overall, with a few little hitches I would highly recommend this property.

I was promised a VIP stay with early check-in, late check-out, free beverage, free room upgrade, only received a bottle of water. Told me I could have late check out but came knocking on my door promptly at 11 am. They lied. When I arrived the air conditioner was on full blast, set at 60. As soon as I turned the air down the room reeked of pet urine. The bathroom counter was filthy, the toilet had a brown stain down the back, area below bathroom countertop was stained with drips of dark liquid? Towels had dirt stains. Looks nice but needs deep cleaning.

Disappointed on this visit. Needs updating in particular the mattress. Aggravated my back! Breakfast is pretty much high sugar and processed types. Nothing organic.

The staff and service were incredible! The location was very convenient and the hotel was very clean.
We reserved an ADA room and we’re very pleased with everything except the fact that the room is right next to the elevator. The coming and going of other guests was extremely loud and disruptive. Aside from that, our stay was perfect.
