The property was inconvenient to get to because of construction. Our room was super hot, just walking in it smelled sweaty and humid. The room was hot for the entire stay despite being set to 60°. The toilet also did not flush and started leaking from the back. When we got to breakfast there were options of waffles which were fine or weird looking scrambled eggs. The rest of the breakfast wasn’t great either with the only options for drinks being orange juice or coffee.

Was given a room that was being worked on, hole in wall and tub dirty from work being done. Asked for another room, this room was nasty had urine all over the toilet, safety lock ripped off the door, batteries missing from the smoke detector. It was just unclean and dirty and unsafe. I would never stay there again.

The front desk staff was very friendly but the room wasn’t great. The first room we were assigned smelled horrible so we were able to switch. The next room didn’t smell that great but wasn’t as bad. There were stains and holes in the sheets and covers. The shower head was not working properly in the shower either. This won’t be a bad hotel if they fix those minor problems.

Maybe they were working on the room we don't know but the front desk looked at us like we were crazy! We have been staying at this property every year over the past 22 or so years with no problems. The staff did let us move to a clean room for the rest of our stay. Think we will try the Holiday Inn Express next door on our next trip.

The room door had no security lock and holes/gaps where you could see out and in.The AC would stop working and you had to turn it off, wait 10-15 min and turn it back on to get it to cool. The bed covers were torn, 2 extremely thin towels provided (you could see through them). The “breakfast” was an actual joke with stale cereal, little Debbie cakes, bread/toaster and one small pan of eggs. The shower took 10 min to even get lukewarm and then would get cold again after 10 min. There was no insulation or sound proofing and you could clearly hear your neighbors talking, even at normal volume. The back doors wouldn’t let you in with your key (they were aware) so it stayed propped open with a rug. The fridge in the room froze anything you put in it, while the microwave took 5 min to even get your food warm ish. the staff was very nice, but other than that I would not recommend staying here.

One of the pillows had stains. One of the pillows was ripped one of the comforters was ripped on the bed. The breakfast was next to nonexistent just toast and muffins no waffle maker where it should be three hot tables empty.

The pool was closed, breakfast was until 9 but you went to eat at 8 and there was nothing and you asked the staff and they said there was no more, the orange and apple juice one day were spoiled and I left it that way , the musty smell in the room was too strong

Hotel is in a good location next door to a Holiday Inn and Cracker Barrel as well as several other eating establishments. Pricing is reasonable for the place. Air conditioning works well. I am not sure how old this hotel is but it needs upkeep. Carpets are stained in all hallways and the place could use fresh paint. The beds are actually good. Housekeeping is not great, and I actually had several room changes a few months ago when I was there. The sink and toilet were dirty. I stay because of the $, but then you do get what you pay for or less. Forget breakfast at hotel (not worth the trouble) and go to Waffle House.

Asked for something from front desk never got it ! Put at end of hall but can’t go out doors to walk dog. Wouldn’t know how to get out in case of fire which is really bad .

Meaning they only put out a small portion. Then we paid so much for the room for the pool to be closed. What's the point in charging so much for a room when there's nothing here? CLOSE THE HOTEL !! 5 families complained about the same thing.

BUGS IN THE SWIMMING POOL.STAFF ASK ME TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER ON THE PHONE WHICH WAS SUPPRISING..AT CHECK IN, THERE WAS BLOOD STAIN ON THE SHEETS , MOVE TO ANOTHER ROOM AT SHEETS WAS DIRTY SO SETTLED WITH THE THIRD ROOM. WORST IVE STAYED IN

Another couple came in and said they moved them several times because of inadequate rooms and roaches. Manager was not available to make an appointment with them to discuss the matter. Cleaners were dressed sloppy but they were friendly. Front counter was unmanned for long periods of time. Watched a family come in and waited to get checked in and no one was there and they left. I won't stay here again.

The desk clerk in the evening which was the brother to the mgr of hotel was over and above his duties. Our flight was canceled lost wallet he extended me a hug said things would work out. That was very needed and appreciated. And it did work out they found my wallet at airport next day we flew out to different airport and just so happens my dad was traveling back from Oklahoma and picked us up at the other airport.
