A nice hotel and pool area, but poor service and small rooms. An example of the service: Hotel guests were reserving sunbeds by the pool with trash/small items around 6-7 in the morning (picture attached) and hadn’t arrived at the pool even by 2 PM. We mentioned this to the pool staff, saying that the spots had been reserved for over 8 hours without anyone showing up, and asked if we could take the spot. The response was that they were reserved and we couldn’t take them. We didn’t get a sunbed, and when we went further away to sit, we noticed that half an hour later, the next customers who inquired were allowed to remove the reservations. It’s not okay to pay 600 euros per night and have a system that supports reserving sunbeds for the whole day. Another example: we waited a long time (over 20 minutes) in the lobby for a taxi ordered by the hotel. Due to the heat, I started feeling fainty and went to ask for water. I was charged 7 euros for a small bottle of water. A little later, I saw another hotel guest ask for water, and the staff brought them a free bottle. Unfair treatment towards guests, and although the hotel was otherwise nice, we won’t be coming back because of these reasons

My room was huge with hot tub, however did have little trouble with the air when arrived but they sent someone to fix immediately. The staff were super helpful and kind my whole entire time there. Breakfast was on point everyday of my stay! Wish the iced lattes were a little better but all in all was a great stay.

The only thing we could honestly say that we did like was the bed and bed linen. The bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn't like anything else about this hotel.

Every thing was okay, only every time the problem with the roof top. You can only stay there, when you pay 200€ for lunch and drinks! For dinner is free.

Enjoyed walking the endless paths along the waterfront from the hotel in both directions. Roof top was wonderful with great views. The concierges were very helpful and knowledgeable. We especially liked our lovely "meet and greet" person! We forget her name in Spanish but I believe she said it was Claire in English (but much more beautiful in Spanish...Kierra?) and she's from the Canary Islands. Just a truly genuine and kind person.

We stayed at ME Ibiza for 5 nights and were most impressed by the people that worked there. I know it’s a five star hotel but you can never take this for granted. Everyone was super attentive and helpful, no matter what our requests or needs. I won’t mention names for fear of missing someone out but every single person working at the hotel was amazing. We visited end of season and so it was probably less busy but even so, the people there made our stay so special. Super high fives to all of you.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable, as you would expect and has a small private beach area which, when we went was never crowded, (end of season) and our five year old daughter swam in the sea happily every day. The hotel is never more than about 40 minutes from anywhere by car and they organised a hire car for us at very short notice. Breakfast choice was huge and if I was to make any constructive criticism it would be that the post 7:30pm dinner menu is a bit limited. That said, we tried most of it and all was perfectly cooked and I would recommend everything. We ate in most nights because of our young daughter and she loved their pasta, pizza and burgers. I tried the pasta and it was very good.
All in all, we would definitely return and again, thank you to all of the people working there, you are amazing.

The service was exceptional, the hotel is beautiful, great location. Everyone was welcoming friendly and very nice. Daniel was very helpful he went above and beyond and so did the ladies at the reception. I will recommend Me Ibiza to everyone I know.

The pool area is lovely and the sea is a few steps away. Good dining options with the rooftop restaurant and the poolside one also. Staff very helpful as well. Would visit again

Second time at this hotel and both times we had a
Nightmare checkin. Really really slow. This time our room ended up having maintenance work being done so they said they’d get us another room. 2 hours later we got another room. We were only away for 2 nights and were looking forward to a chill before dinner but that didn’t happen. They’d offered us a suite for €450 a night extra which we declined - but why not offer us that? We’d have been very happy campers but in the end we were very disgruntled and disappointed. Anyway, after that all went well. The staff everywhere are lovely, helpful and friendly. Beds are really comfy. Rooms great. Roof top Bali beds (which they did give us as a “sorry”) are fabulous! Would still go again despite a rubbish start!

This hotel is NOT ideal for families with active children as the two main pools and Nikki Beach do not allow children to enter. The kids club is nice but no daily programme to motivate children and the kids pool although sizable is boring, in the car park area, not attended by staff for drinks and at certain times is unmanned by lifeguards. We ended up going out of the hotel to beach clubs everyday.

You can’t use rooftop pool unless you pay for Bali bed.
Trying to get a drink or food by pool is almost impossible and that’s if you’ve managed to get a bed

My husband and I weren't in Ibiza for the party scene. The hotel played soft house music at the pool and it was fantastic. The hotel isn't on either the sunrise or sunset side. Rises behind the hotel and sets behind the mountains. I usually like one of them when at a beach hotel. Only the suites have balconies and it was painful not to have one.Breakfast was absolutely amazing although doesn’t start until 8am so if you have an early activity or flight you can’t take advantage of this. Pool side service wasn't great, took a long time to order drinks.
We took the Range Rover to dinner. They made our reservation at a place they recommended. Small pools without the party scene. Pretty far drive from everything. Overall beautiful hotel.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and this one is definitely one of my favourites. It all really comes down to service. It was exceptional. From the person who parked our car to the check in, to the staff who facilitated breakfast. Which was superb by the way. We were so taken by the hotel that we spent 2 of our 3 days there in the hotel chilling by the pool and enjoying the music.

- both my partner and I got food poisoning on the last day, were vomiting for 12 hours solid, room-bound and had to cancel a dinner we had planned (there were neighbours we heard being sick and complaining of illness at the same time as us)
- phone in room did not work
- shower fluctuated from boiling to cold
- requests for an iron and for the phone to be fixed were not carried out, which meant lots of trips to and from reception (we were eventually moved on the second to last night)
- some rude and disinterested staff members (although some were more than attentive)
- we had to get up and leave dinner one evening after being completely ignored
