Nice hotel on an nice location. Selma and the other girl in the reception (didn't caught her name) were really amazing and helped with a smooth check in and good recommendation on restaurants and what to do and see in Stockholm.

This is the second visit at this hotel. It's located in the most perfect location in Gamla Stan--nearby modes of transportation, restaurants, attractions, and cute stores. They have the most incredible bed I have ever slept in a hotel. The most delicious buffet breakfast. The most charming, professional, and informative staff.

We stayed here for four enjoyable nights. The beds were the most comfortable beds in a hotel that we have ever slept in our lives. The staff were exceedingly kind, professional, and helpful. A special shoutout to Astrid at the front desk. She was so kind and informative. In regards to the food, the breakfast was beyond amazing. The variety of food options was surprising and wonderful. The yogurt bar and toppings were incredible. The smoked fish and pickled foods were delectable. The hot food bar was memorable. The hotel is perfectly located near all major transportation. The ferry and bus stop are literally next to/across from the hotel. Gamla Stan were the hotel is located has incredible stores, restaurants, Fika cafes, and other unique offerings. You must stay here if you want a stress-free and delicious experience. You won't want to leave. You may oversleep your stay like we did! :)

The location is unbeatable if you’re staying in Gamla Stan. However, the value for the price was disappointing. The room was expensive for its size, very small, and lacked air conditioning.

We stayed in a standard room. It was extremely small. In fact, this was the 4th major city in Scandinavia that we stayed on this trip and this room was the most expensive but had the smallest room by far. You could barely move in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. We really appreciated the early check-in given our room was ready. The included breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Second time starting here. The room this time was a lot smaller than last time, although the same type. Nice view, but the room was very hot, with no air conditioning (couple of fans in the room). So preferred it last time, but was still nice this time. Would go back, as it's a great location. Bakery across the road does fantastic cinnamon buns!

This is the perfect location and the service here is impeccable. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, especially the reception, which made a great first impression. The room was clean, functional and comfortable. The fitness center is small, but well equipped and perfect for this size hotel. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.
