Staff was super friendly, it was clean and comfy place.

Just needed the room for the night because we were flying out early in the morning. Room was very small but was clean and worked for what we needed it for.

I booked this room because the listing said it offered free roll away beds and we knew we would need one. When we got checked in I was told they didn't offer them. I told the guy at the front that their website says they do and the only response I got was "I know" and a smile. However, that is my only complaint. The staff was nice, everything was clean, and its in a great location. Everywhere we wanted to go was less than a 30 min drive.

I had reservations for three rooms double beds. They gave our room away and gave us a king bed only. Not what I wanted

Breakfast was good and workers were very friendly. The room and facility, however, were quite outdated and not in the best condition. There was a cockroach in the shower, and spiders by the hot tub. The gym was open 24 hours, but the lack of a weight selection limited you from actually working out properly. We stayed for 2 nights. Overall it was okay, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Only giving 3 stars for some area because pool area was just ok. Chlorine level was so high, caused eyes to burn and a cough.

We were in room 400 so we were in a nice quiet room. Total comfort throughout. I was happy that the pool and hot tub were open long hours. Breakfast was very good with spacious seating. Would definitely stay here again.

Decent property for the price. Good staff and service. Not great lighting in the room for working, but otherwise functional and clean.

If Hotel promises you breakfast and they know what time your plane leaves and they lock the fridge refusing to give you yoghurt I think that’s a bad Hotel. https://share.icloud.com/photos/00aGCp9l-9gbSMPHE1JYfTqRA if they also put you in a room that has no lights and then you have to move rooms when they know you’ve only got six hours in the hotel to sleep. I think that’s crap. I’m now beginning to think that anybody who ever stays in this hotel is misguided delusion or fooled just like I was absolutely appalling. Worst place I’ve ever stayed really puts me off ever being in Minneapolis again I’m sure there are other better hotels if you’re reading this run Run like a dinosaur Tyrannosaurus rex was chasing you down the street drop everything run as far away from this place as you possibly can and if you’re lucky, you might have a nice day

Your site advertised the parking for $3 per day, but the hotel said that it was $15 per day and could not honor your rate. There was no way on your site to book the parking portion.
