Comfortable and restful stay each time

Close to the park.

Check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean and the facilities were comfortable

The breakfast the room was big the view from the window was ok the elevator was a nightmare only one was working and it took like 10 min to go up or down.

Staff was great, property appeared clean, rooms were spacious, but floor of room turned feet black when walking in room.

The property was very safe and quite, close to hospital, staff very friendly and helpful

Location was good. It's next to a strip mall and lots of stores close by. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. Pool was nice though there were no towels. My main complaint with this hotel is regarding the cleanliness of the rooms. I stayed here a few days before and a few days after a cruise. First stay, the disposable face wipe on the vanity had handwriting on the wrapper. I thought it was an oversight by the cleaning crew and didn't complain. The next day I found a ball of hair in the corner. Again, I didn't complain, figured they just didn't sweep well. A week later, after the cruise, I get into a new room. This time I found a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. CLEARLY this was not a dismissable oversight and called the front desk. I was given another room but was pretty disgusted. 2 rooms within 1 week, both not cleaned properly.

The price and close proximity to Cleveland Hospital was the selling point. We had a number of items shipped to the hotel and the day staff were more accommodating when we inquired. Overall we would recommend this property.
